Description of Work: They have been great to work with so far. The Deal has been for carpenter ants and bees. I also purchased termite control. I like the fact that they send you a picture, name and time of the person who is coming out.

Description of Work: Bought a year-long contract for pest control. Technician was professional, nice and on time. They helped me remove some wildlife from my backyard, sprayed for pests, installed termite monitors and made some helpful suggestions about updating the house to avoid problems. Am very glad I bought the Angie's List deal.

Description of Work: The representative came and assessed the problem - ants, and checked around house and perimeter. Suggested a plan which I bought for a whole year of service. Another rep. came in a few days to put in traps for ants inside house, sprayed with non- toxic spray around kitchen area where and basement. Had seen previous mice activity and set up traps. Set up traps all around perimeter of house in the garden for termites. Came back to check on traps in 2 weeks. Will be coming back periodically. Price was quite reasonable.

Description of Work: Came and inspected our basement which had a camel cricket problem. They seem to have taken care of it.. we're happy about that. Signed a yearly agreement with quarterly check-ups to cover all types of infestation..

Description of Work: I had an inspection done. I have been a customer of theirs for over 30 years. I felt last few the services were not up to par but this but this inspector did an excellent job.

Description of Work: I had carpenter bees in my porch railings. I contacted Horizon and they responded quickly, sending an inspector within a few days of my call. After assessing the professionalism of the representative and liking the fact that he did not "pitch" me on other services, I volunteered that I also suspected mice issues and I needed some gutters cleaned. Horizon took care of all three of my issues within a few week's time. |The service technicians were quite professional, especially Juan Maldonado. Horizon will be back periodically to check on my "critter" issues.

Description of Work: They scheduled a Termite Inspection and performed a remedy service. Visual damage was noted in a basement room. An estimate for the property was given. Three days later the service was performed. We were very satisfied with the service. Note to anyone using any termite service if you don't have a driveway: you must make sure you have a parking space in front of your home. The chemical is released by a hose that stretches from the vehicle to the perimeter of your home. Our technician was very patient while I rang neighbors doorbells trying to get a front door spot. This is the second time (two separate dwellings) we have used Horizon and would do so again.

Description of Work: Horizon has been performing out quarterly pest control. Their techs are very friendly knowledgable and professional. My only wish is that they would be more proactive in pointing out potential issues or areas to focus on.
