Couldn't of asked for better service. Andrew went far beyond the level of service necessary.

We had a opossum in our garage Horizon came checked it out gave us a quote, next day someone with a trap came it got the opossum out in about 10 minutes. Then they checked out the garage to make sure there were no holes or other problem areas that could be allowing the animals to get in. Everything went well. Horizon did a great job would definitely use again.

The company was totally easy to deal with and accommodated all my requests. The person who I made the appointment through was very helpful. I thought the price was a little high, but really had no choice. Glen was professional, came right on time and went right to work. Hopefully the problem is resolved, but there's a 90 day guarantee so we'll keep our eyes open. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company from start to finish. In the end, you get what you pay for, and I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent customer service. Scheduling was very easy - appointment was scheduled through Angie's List messages / email. Glen arrived on time and thoroughly inspected the house including crawl space for termites and other pests. Glen emailed me the report same day afternoon and followed up with a text message to make sure I received the report. Glen was very courteous throughout the process. I already recommended Horizon to another friend of mine who is looking to do Termite inspection before home buying. Overall very satisfied with Horizon.

We had called them on 3 occasions over the summer to come and spray a bees nest which was in our glass on our deck. Three times there were called to come and spray for the wasps to be killed. They never killed the nest. We do not know even they showed up. We have kids on the deck who are highly allergic. They never did what they were supposed to. We did NOT pay them for the last quarterly bill as they DID NOT do their service as to their contract. However, I called them and told them so and the woman who answered the phone said they would contact us. All they cared about was the remaining quarterly bill. i told them I would pay them regardless and yesterday we got a collection letter for the money. This is one lousy company who does not know the meaning of a return call or in doing their job. They sell you on how good they are. Do not use this company. The owners of the Horizon can read this and then maybe they would call. I am sure after they get their check. Sincerely, Richard

It went well. The first visit involved dusting/spraying the two locations; dusting the attic; treating outside of home for other insects; placement of insect/rodent detectors in attic, basement; returned for repeat dusting/spraying of attic where one nest may have been located; returned a third time when called because we were seeing yellow jackets in the house near the two nest locations---attic treated again; gradually the house invasion died down.

Luke, the technician, arrived promptly and got right to work after reviewing what would be done (as agreed with Glen earlier). He removed the 2 nests, sanitized the areas they were located in, and installed screening on both sides of each of the decorative eave brackets. Before adding the screening, he spray painted them to match the bracket wood. He also sealed open areas with caulking. I inspected the work and was extremely pleased with the work. After Luke left I brought my mom out to see the work and she was amazed at the great job done and could barely notice where the screening was since it blended in so well.

The estimator was very responsive coming right away to view an infestation found during some repair working being done by another contractor on my house. The pest control technician treated the carpenter ant infested areas and other areas found during the estimators inspections and treated the whole foundation for bugs.

The rodents were removed, we received good advice on how to keep more out in the future, and the company was efficient and reliable each step of the way. We felt that Bob was knowledgeable and helpful to us.

they solved our issues in our attic and did a very good job for us.

The guys installed a one way tunnel in the attic area to allow the squirrels to escape. They sealed up some other areas along the roof line where squirrels can enter. After a week or two, they came back and removed the tunnel. I have not heard any squirrels in my attic since then.

I was receiving $30.00 monthly service when I get a call from Tim- general manager stating that my rate will go up to $90.00 per month. That's 3x' more. Is that even legal? In addition, the last tech refused to put down glue boards saying that it is too much bending and that the poison was good enough. Say what? Too much bending? Are you kiddin me?

1. For goal #1: Horizon team came and did the basic stuff to exterminate bees. However, after a few days, still saw bees coming in and out of the same place. 2. For goal #2: The team did not even come with proper tools/ladder for the job although I specifically mentioned that a long/tall ladder was needed (30ft +) due to the inspection location when I made the appointment . The team asked to come back the next day, but never came back (due to raining) and never made a cancellation call before the appointment. The appointment was rescheduled to the following Monday. When called to check appointment Monday morning, the company said the appointment was rescheduled to not this Monday, but the next Monday. The scheduling process and service was horrible and time wasting. I also took days off and stayed home for Horizon for both appointments. I have very bad experience working with this provider, and no respect for client's time.

We got them through Angie's List. We had ants in the kitchen and they came out right away and sprayed and that's included in the contract. Quality is good.

Excellent service. They were able to provide a counter-opinion to another pest control report, and were able to provide us with a treatment option that was both effective and reasonable in cost. Would definitely use them again.

My service was a year ago. I realized I did not submit a review, though I thought I did. Horizon did an excellent job fixing a problem from the last company, made sure the animals (squirrels) were gone from my attic and spent time to make sure all entrances were thoroughly sealed up. The office manager Nicole, worked with me to find an opening to do the work and went a step above to help me. The workers were polite, responsive and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again and highly recommend to others. UPDATE: I WATCHED A SQUIRREL TRYING TO GET IT AND IT COULD NOT. HA!
