Description of Work: Thought we had rodents in the attic. Came to inspect entire house and set traps. Came back two weeks later to check traps - no rodents. But we signed an annual agreement and they come once a quarter to check traps, seal areas that bugs and pests can come in, etc. They called to scheduled the quarterly follow-ups and showed up when supposed to.

Description of Work: Squirrel proofed two gable vents. Both gables are in difficult to reach places (other than for the neighborhood squirrels) as well as old and somewhat ugly. Ben and Pete were on time, explained everything they were going to do (and in two weeks), and not only got the work done quickly but the gables look 100% better.

Description of Work: Horizon's staff were very knowledgeable & professional from the time the did the initial assessment & throughout their quarterly visits in dealing with bed bugs. I haven't seen anything since the first treatment last year Aug 2014! Their was only one incident where a staff member was unprofessional by being late, which made me miss my physical therapy session, no apology, and then he proceeded to rush through his visit in less than 15 mins! I told the main office, the staff took care of things, apologized to me then offered to send someone else out to my home who handled everything in the Horizon professional manner I was used to all along! I felt more comfortable with that last visit in Aug 2015. I would definitely use Horizon Pest Control again, if needed.
