They are professional. They really came and offered what I wanted and they did not try to sell me anything else. That was good. They came on time. I would consider them in the future.

I picked up a year's service contract. It's a quarterly service. I had them come in to give an estimate on getting rid of the two pests. It turned out that treating for the two of them separately once was 50% more expensive than getting a year's contract. I paid $534 for a year with the initial treatment plus 3 follow up visits on a quarterly basis. They were excellent. They took care of the problem. I haven't seen any reoccurrence. I needed to take care of the problem before I could fix a part of the damaged area that the ants in particular had come in to. I'm yet to see any evidence that there's been a return. They have been very conscientious overall. I had a brief visit in the middle of the winter. They were very helpful and they put down extra traps. They actually identified the creature. They helped me identifying where they might have been coming in from. They really went above and beyond to have everything I expected. They were quite thorough in their work. I had several companies come in and theirs was the best price for the value that I got. Nothing was ever, we'll be back with something. It was like we'll do it right now. Every time they told me they'll be here, they were here. In one case they actually beat me back to the house. They showed up earlier than I expected to so I wasn't able to get to speak with someone directly. I'm definitely intending to renew the contract end of the year.

They are local. They came and explained everything and offered some other solutions; we had called them for one reason, but they found out that we had another issue. The people that came out were very personable and friendly, and spoke English. They did their job when they said they would. The price was what I had expected it to be. I would rate them highly. It is an all-year service, so they will keep coming back; they are actually coming back tomorrow for a followup.

Horizon was very professional and courteous. They took the time to put booties over their shoes when entering the house and removing the booties whenever they went back outside or into the garage or attic spaces. The exterminator was very courteous and answered all my questions. He even went out of his way to take a picture of the opening in the attic for me using his cell phone so I could see it and then trudged through a lot of snow to get to the outside pipe and close it for me. Horizon will be back in 2 weeks to check on the poison traps and mouse traps.

Horizon Pest Control did what we asked them to do. They gave us the information we needed. They were very informative and patient about the chemicals they were using. We have children and we were worried about the chemicals and what was safe. They did a good job.

Saw mouse one morning in my kitchen....since I used this company once before and was satisfied I called again..received early appt received treatment within few days...Workers were very professional and answered all my questions and explained what was being done.Follow up visit 2 weeks later was again done efficiently...I haven't seen any rodents even though I was told I did have some activity...

Perfect. The consultant did a thorough inspection of the house on the outside and inside the basement. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me. He told me that all of the service technicians have been certified in pest control management unlike some firms; whereby, the owner is licensed but not his employees. The products that were used are environmental and animal friendly. The technician was professional and courteous just like the consultant. The company was kind enough to rearrange our scheduled time on the day of appointment because we had to see a doctor at the last minute.

They are very effective. They blanketed the place. We got several quotes. They have a certain liquid they use, and they used a ton. It was about twice what most would have used. I haven't seen an ant around at all since.

Everything went well. They were very friendly and very thorough.

The overall experience was wildly satisfactory. All concerns were addressed. Horizon Pest Control is a company that provides a level of customer service rarely found. Promptness, professionalism, knowledgeable, reliable, customer satisfaction, quality, value are the main reasons I would recommend this company to someone who is looking for a pest control expert. I was looking for protection for my home and I feel good about the experience.

They are very responsive. They always call us back right away. We haven't had any problem since they put in the monitors. They always show up on time. They come out everything six weeks so we don't have to be there.

The salesman was very professional. I would use them if I had other problems. I gave them a C because they tried to sell me the contract I did not want.

It went well. The inspector and exterminator showed up when promised. The inspector showed us signs of existing pests and offered solutions that were compatible with a child and dog friendly house. This is in contrast to the other provider we tried to get a quote from who never showed up.

I felt they communicated very well. The lady on the phone was helpful. They sent out a man to do a free evaluation. He seemed knowledgeable and not pushy. He explained the various treatment options for carpenter ants, which we had, and termites, which he didn't find. He also came on time and put little footies on so he wouldn't get the floors dirty. The guy who came to do the work was also knowledgeable and helpful. He put on little footies too. He also called to say he was going to be coming on the early side of the time frame they gave us because they knew we had napping kids. When we hemmed and hawed about which chemical to use, he offered to reschedule to give us time to decide. When he did spray, he did everything my wife said, I'm sure she drove him crazy, but he smiled the whole time. I would use them again and recommend them. However, I am not sure how competitive they are price-wise, we got only one estimate, from these guys. I found them on ..... ANGIE'S LIST.

I THINK THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB GETTING RID OF THE PEST PROBLEM THAT WE HAD. THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB AT RESPONDING TO MY FIRST CALL, BUT OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING WAS PRETTY GOOD.

I PAY YEARLY. I AM ALLERGIC TO BEES, SO IF I CALL THEM AND SAY THAT BEES ARE AT MY HOUSE, THEY COME WITHIN AN HOUR. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND THEY MAKE SURE TO TAKE CARE OF ME VERY WELL.

WE HAVE A GENERAL CONTRACT WITH THEM SO IT DOESNT COST US TOO MUCH FOR THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH AND MAKE SURE THE JOB IS PERFORMED CORRECTLY. WE DONT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BUGS IN OUR HOME, SO I THINK THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN WE CALL. WE HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THEM, THIS INCLUDES FOUR VISITS PER YEAR. BUT, IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH RODENTS OR INSECTS THEN THEY WILL COME OUT IF WE CALL.

THEY ALWAYS CALL ME; I NEVER HAVE TO CALL THEM TO COME OUT. WE PAY A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THEM SO IT IS CHEAPER FOR US. THEY SEND US A CARD IN THE MAIL WHEN IT IS TIME TO SPRAY AGAIN. I THINK THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK & CHARGE A GOOD PRICE.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. I HAVE THEM ON A CONTRACT AGREEMENT. THEY CALL AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WHEN THEY COME TO CHECK ON THE TERMITE STICKS OR TO SPRAY AGAIN. I HAVE USED THEM FOR ABOUT SIX YEARS AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

THIS COMPANY STANDS BY THEIR GUARANTEE. IF THEY NEED TO COME BACK FOR A PROBLEM, THERE ARE HERE IN THE NEXT DAY. THEY ALSO CAME IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE DISCOVERED A BEES NEST. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

I USED THE COMPANY MY EMPLOYER USES. THE REP WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED HOW OUR BRICK HOME GOT INFESTED. THEY ALSO MONITOR ANY ACTIVITY AND MAIL US REPORTS. THIS WILL BE USEFUL WHEN WE SELL OUR HOME, TOO! I AM HAPPY WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS COMPANY.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY ARE ALSO VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THAT THEY HAVE DONE. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS PRETTY FAIR.

I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY DO GOOD WORK AND ALWAYS SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. THEY CALL ME A FEW DAYS AHEAD OF TIME TO SET UP A GOOD TIME FOR THEM TO COME.

WE PAY THEM ONCE EACH YEAR FOR THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT SPRAYING EVERYTHING. I DO THINK THEY ARE RATHER EXPENSIVE AND I DON'T THINK THAT THEY ARE EXTREMELY POLITE, BUT THEY ARE ABOUT AVERAGE.
