Horizon Pest Control

They were pretty good but not the best. They did an okay job. They were here only once and they told me that they would come back, but they didn’t show up. I had called them already. I might use them again in the future.

This is the second time I've used them and I have mixed feelings. The service is very good. It is a four payment plan and they are supposed to come four times a year. They came the first time and when the lady called to schedule the second one, I didn't have any tenant and I told her I didn't want to schedule then and that I would call when I was ready to schedule. I have paid for two of the services but they have only provided the service one time. The service itself is fine. I haven’t compared their prices. They did come when they said they would come. I think I would continue using them.

I had called three other places and I thought their prices were the most reasonable. Their customer service is excellent.

They seem to do the job for me because I don't see any bugs around. They are pretty much invisible except for the one time they need to get in the house. I think the price is equal to other providers in this area. They are always here within the window that they schedule.

I have used them for fifteen years, and they do a good job.

They did a good job. They're doing a fine job...we've been using them for years. They're prompt, efficient, and courteous...when they come they identify themselves. They definitely get an A for responsiveness.

After the job was done, they discussed what was done, gave me a copy of the bill and certificate and I then paid him for the job.Horizon sent a representative of the company who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He asked what needed to bedone and went through the job site with me. After seeing this he mapped out what had to be done and after sat and discussed the procedure for applying the pesticides, what they use, etc.After interviewing several other companies, I decided to go with Horizon and made an appointment for them to do the job.They came on time, applied the pesticides which were odorless and left after about !-2 hours.

They are very nice. They are here when they say they will be. They seem to be doing a decent job. I have no complaints. I have a contract with them for the year. Their rates are reasonable. We had a terrible problem with crickets. They had to keep coming back. One shot does not do it with crickets. Now we have no more crickets. If I see any pests, they come out quickly. If you have to change the date, you call, and they respond. If they come the wrong date, they are very polite about it. They have a good customer service. We have been using them for at least five years. Their service is excellent, and they come promptly. They cover pretty much everything in their contract. We have been using Horizon Pest Control for about five years.

They have been good to work with. They have friendly and on time service.

It was an okay experience! The bugs problem was taken care and the bugs have not returned!

They were excellent. It was reasonable and they were very nice people.

They are really prompt. When I call them and say that I have got a bee problem or whatever, they call back and schedule quickly. They are very responsive to the most important thing like if I call and say I have an ant problem they may not get there immediately but if I call and say I have a wasp problem they are there. We have a contract with them. So any invertebrate attack like wasps, bees, ants etc is covered in the agreement. They do the whole home treatment for few times in a year. They come in half an hour when we call them.

Everyone we dealt with, from the phone operators, the initial consultant , and the exterminator were all very nice and courteous. I would use them again.

I was very happy with my experience with Horizon Pest Control. It was the first time I used Angie's list and it worked very well. Glenn who came and did the initial inspection (bedbugs) was very professional, explained my options, and was very clear on what the pricing covered and what would happen. Tyrone, the technician was excellent. He was courteous, thorough, explained some good preventitive measures I could take in the future when I travel for business, and since I've had the treatment I haven't had a single bite. I really couldn't be happier with the service from Horizon.

They are very professional. When they came out they did a thorough inspection. They are very knowledgable and informed. Overall we were impressed.

Salesperson came and examined our home and gave us a proposal for the services requested. We told him that we were not going to make a decision today and we were never pressured to sign an agreement. There was not the "car saleman approach" that if you agee to hire us today, we can better the price. The price was competitive. The job was scheduled quickly (our first available date). The service associate arrived on time and was very professional. The job was completed within the timeframe indicated when we contracted to do the service. We were very pleased.

They were very nice and pleasant. They told us what the problem was and set up the price and when they would be coming for the treatment. They were very good at explaining the whole thing. I found them on Angie's List.

Some of the details never quite get flushed out but overall they are okay. We had one particular pest we thought they would deal with but apparently they don’t have a way to deal with it. We have a problem with a woodpecker. Horizon seems to do a reasonable job. We’ll see if they get rid of the other pests we have; it takes a little time.

They leave a note on the door or in the mailbox when they come. They always try to communicate with us. I will continue to use them.

Initially the company thought it was squirrels and kept two traps at our attic crawl area (with wooden floor) . We kept checking and did not find anything. One of their associates who seals possible intrusion discovered that a bird had built a nest a while ago (no babies in the nest) and there was a hole just enough for small birds to come in and out. . Originally we paid $385 + $250 (with some discounts applied to a total of about $600) Once they discovered that it was some birds and the fact that they could have discovered that (because of nest etc outside) they cheerfully refunded the $385 (spent tor trapping animals like squirrels). Overall all their employees are very courteous and professional. It is a great company to work with and will recommend this company without reservation.

They were very competent and the bugs didn't come back.

I like them. They were good. They have also provided mice control treatment in my home. They give a schedule and I can call if it's not a good date. They are very pleasant, polite and punctual. Their pricing is reasonable and flexible. They are accommodating, caring and professional. I would use them again if needed.

They are on Angie's List. I'm happy with them, they come when they say they will, they do the job, they're neat, professional, and I have no problem with them. I give them the highest ratings and will continue to use them.

I got an estimate for them for pest control but did not use them. They were professional and punctual.

We have been using them for 25 years. They are responsive and they seem courteous. They seem to do a good job. I don’t have anything to compare them to.
