Fairway Estates Landscaping

Description of Work: Fairway Estate has been providing a range of landscaping services to me for over 20 years. In addition to typical lawn services, they have installed patios, built walls and a pool area and done other higher-skilled jobs. I have found Scott and his team to be punctual, professional, skilled and fairly priced-- a hard combination to find in the New York area. From time to time punctuality may suffer from an influx of business, but not so much that I would significantly reduce the overall rating.

Description of Work: They do the clean-up and landscaping.

Description of Work: I've used their services for over the last year. They have provided excellent landscape and snow removals.

Description of Work: I have been a Fairway customer for several years and will continue to do business with them. They are not perfect but, overall, the work is good and all contract work gets done timely. We use them for our summer lawn care and snowplowing in the winter. They can be on the expensive side for anything that isn't standard in the contract and a little slow to react in those situations. However, the quality is very good. I don't entirely trust them when it comes to an item like the amount of removal that is made in the spring and fall. They tend to tack on a couple or few extra cubic yards (of removal) but it is very difficult as a home owner to make that claim. I go by the year to year numbers which should be fairly consistent. Scott and his wife try to do a good job. They can be a little defensive but, ultimately, I recommend them.

Description of Work: THEY ADDED SOME SHRUBBERY AND LANDSCAPING IN BACK. THEY ALSO MOW AND CLEAN UP MY YARD ON A REGULAR BASIS.

Description of Work: THEY FERTILIZE AND CUT THE LAWN REGULARLY AND THEY ALSO CLEAN UP THE LEAVES. THEY CHARGE US EACH TIME THEY COME OUT.

Description of Work: THEY THATCHED MY LAWN AND OTHER SPRING CLEAN UP. THEY ALSO HAULED ALL THE DEBRIS AWAY.
