energy audit
 + -1 moreIt started out well, he performed what seemed to be a thorough home energy audit using a fan in my front door to change the air pressure in my home. Fortunately, I stayed and followed him during the inspection so that I could get some pointers on how to improve the energy efficiency of our home. He took a lot of measurements. A couple weeks later he had a HV/AC person come to evaluate our boiler system. He was supposed to compile his results and send them to the energy star program for review, and then send the results to me. I never received the report. Emails have gone unanswered. I think I learned much of the information I needed to improve my home efficiency by following him around, but it would have been nice to get it all in writing.
Description of Work: Conducted a home energy audit. Was supposed to send a report of his findings, which I never received.
