Phenomenal craftsmanship from S. Mendez!

I recently had the pleasure of working with S Mendez Construction on a bathroom renovation and other projects for my mother's home. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable contractor. Communication was outstanding as Silvino was in constant contact with me keeping me updated on the progress of the project. Silvino was attentive to our special needs and finished the project faster than the estimated timeline. The quality of the workmanship and professionalism of the crew members was impressive.

Silvino and his crew have been incredible to work with! They get everything done so quickly and efficiently, we could not be more pleased. The work they do is beautiful and Silvino is very honest. We are very pleased with the work of Silvino and team and love our new bathroom! We moved into our house 7 years ago and have been wanting to remodel our upstairs bathroom due to how small it was. Silvino listened to our pain points, made suggestions about how we could update and he and his entire team put that plan in action. In just a little over 2 weeks, we have a bigger bathroom, double sinks and a walk in shower. We also took away from our son’s closet to add more room to the bathroom. Silvino and team repainted the closet, put our shelves back up and added sliding barn doors (to both the closet and the bathroom). It truly is the bathroom of our dreams. Thank you so much!

Silvino and his dad along with his contractors remodeled 2 bathrooms and installed a slider in 2 weeks!!!! He even expanded one of the bathrooms to add a shower! The tiler is one of the best I have ever seen! Silvino was very attentive and reliable. He was in constant contact. Will definitely continue to use!!!

I had 2 bedrooms painted and a complete bathroom remodeling. A new tiled shower with tub removed. Silvio started the next day after I hired him. Both projects were finished in 1 1/2 weeks. Wow!! Excellent communication with Silvio throughout. I always knew just what was going on. I was completely thrilled with the finished bathroom and so was my son. Excellent! Started as cabinet painting which was meticulous. Then painting of entire condo including trim which was very well done - at competitive price. Then finished remainder of kitchen including countertops & backsplash which turned out beautiful. Very detail oriented & attentive to every step of the project. High quality work! Both bathrooms completed in under 4 weeks. Lovely ,professional work. Friendly and inclusive of all levels of planning project Accompanied us to floor&tile store to help choose and transport marble and tile. Would recommend without reservation and happily use him again.

Silvino and his team did an awesome job in transforming our master bathroom. I was told that the job would be done in 3-4 weeks timeframe but they completely finished in about 2 weeks. The team was very professional, prompt and nice to work with. There was good coordination between the plumber, electrician, flooring, painter and shower door installation guy and there was no delay of any kind. The work performed was of high quality and were very reliable. I highly recommend their services for all your remodeling needs. The workers were on time and made sure everything was perfect and to our liking. I am very happy with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to hire the team for other remodeling work.

Silvino and his skilled team were amazing. Three days after hiring them he was here with a dumpster and a full team. Kitchen remodel, flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, and the list goes on. A great experience.

S. Mendez was quick to respond to my posting and they set up a walk through right away. Not only were they able to start the project a few days later, but their quote was the best offer we received. They were very efficient, worked with us every step of the way, and did a great job changing our tub, plumbing, and tiling. We would definitely use their services again.

When we first started looking for contractors we contacted one and left 2 messages and got no call back another contractor took one week to come to look at the job but never gave us a estimate. Silvino came one day after I called and we had a estimate that night ....they started the job the next week. They were always on time each day their help were professional. Each day we were updated on the progress. We were pleased and surprised that they finished the job in less than two weeks ...would recommend them if you need any work done ...Thank you Silvino and crew ...
