From the initial sale where I met with Dave to discuss the project, cost, door, materials and color options to the final nail in the door during installation, the experience was outstanding. Dave (sales) explained the options for doors including the materials, quality differences, colors, side lights, hardware and all details. He then went through all costs and we adjusted to stay within my budget. It took about 4 weeks for the new door unit to be manufactured (I was made fully aware of timing) and I then received a call to schedule my install. Two men arrived to do the removal of the old door and install the new door. They were prompt and answered all my questions. The installation was seamless. The installers were very very nice men. Polite, professional, efficient and meticulous. You knew they were the men to do this. The work was completed in one day and everything that I was told would be included. I had one minor issue with the screen door lock and I called Prown's and it was fixed immediately. All in all, it was a great job - people, product, price and service. I need a few things done and will definitely call Prown's to take care of them.

The process from very easy and painless. Dave came to my home and took the time to go over everything to make sure it was exactly what I wanted to have done. He was prompt and responsive and really took the time to make sure everything was explained to me. The day of the installation the installers did an excellent job removing the old entry door and storm door and installing the new ones. I am extremely pleased with the purchase and the cost. I am currently in the process of getting a new back door through Prown's and so far everything has gone just as well as the first time I used them.

The service was excellent. The quality of the installation was very high. A man came and di the work himself. This was the neatest job I have ever seen. He cleaned everything up and the project never disturbed us. He was very courteous and came on time. The company then followed up after wards to make sure the all of the work was done to our satisfaction.

They were very prompt and thorough. They explained everything they were going to do. They even repaired one of the windows that was upstairs that had rotted through because it was exposed. Then they installed all of the windows. They did a good job. They have been in business for years. They were reliable and I wanted to go with them because of their reputation. I think they did a good job all the way around. Whenever I had any questions, the owner would answer anything I asked about. They get personally involved with their work. They told me exactly how much time it would take and he was very accurate. They had a foreman on the job and he was checking out everything that had to be done. They are very good. Overall, it was really good.

Dave from Prown's came to give me the estimate first. He was very informative and spent the time explaining all the work that would need to be done. Then Billy came to measure so that the doors could be ordered. He assured me that I would love them. When Lou and Ryan came to install the doors they were very professional and listened to my requests about insulation and anything else that I needed to ask. They took about 6 hours to complete the installation of the doors and I now have the most secure and weather tight doors ever. An amazing job. I love them.

This company and service is simply outstanding. Very accomodating. They did the job on a Saturday the easter weekend which is amazing to me and it shows their customer commitment.

They put all the windows, screens, and venetian blinds. I have used them for 40 years. They are a wonderful company. Their charges are reasonable and fair. They are good and reliable. They are excellent. They came back when they had hung the blinds in the wrong place and corrected them.

There were extremely helpful in our selection by providing options based on what we were looking for. They even worked with me to extend financing terms (one year no interest). On the day of the install, they showed up on time and complete the work in 1/2 day, workers were very good and didn't let the dog escape while they had the door off! They removed the old parts and did a thorough job cleaning up. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
