My entire experience with Michael Anthony services was an absolute pleasure. Mike was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with from the first phone call. Steer clear of this business. The owner offered me $500 to sign a NDA to not post a negative review. I wonder how many other clients he paid off? After sending over my 50% deposit in March (a couple thousand dollars), I was assured that once temps warmed up, "we would be first on the list" to complete a small back patio fix, clean, grout, and seal. I touched base a couple times in Spring to align schedules to begin work. He was a "no-show" 3x and started ignoring my phone calls, texts, and emails. We had to call from different phone numbers in order to get him to answer. After months of waiting, we wanted our deposit back. He said we would still have to pay for materials. I threatened legal action to get our deposit back in full. He showed up at 8:30pm three days later with my deposit and the NDA offer which he jumped from $400 to $500. He was incredibly unprofessional, did not deliver in a timely manner, and then had to gall to offer $500 so he could keep his 5 Star Review.

My house was built in 1958. Recently I found a hole in my backyard. Angi linked me up with Michael Anthony Services. Michael patiently explained to me that it was an old septic tank and it needed to be refilled. His team were truly professional and did a superb job from start to completion; and far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael Anthony Services to my friends.

I had concrete poured in my yard over the summer and the previous contractor did a terrible job... I had a cold joint and it was starting to crack, I hired Michael Anthony Services, LLC to fix the crack.... they cut it and removed the concrete and poured new concrete and also installed expansion joints. I was very happy with the work and I would highly recommend them.

They did excellent work and changed the whole appearance of my home.

Michael and his crew were excellent. By far, they did a superior job and, with frequent communication, outperformed my expectations. The retaining wall we have is an artistic, carefully designed, tied-in look that sets the tone of the rest of the yard. The wall abuts cleanly against the sidewalk, the corners are interlocking and the concrete joinery looks incredible. Sections of the wall, where it terminates, dive into the ground to give it a clean, European look. I have not seen a wall like this in other yards; it is truly unique. I will likely hire them for the back yard project of 2024!

i signed the contract and deposited 50%. they never signed the contract or submitted for the permit. i tried contacting them for 3 weeks with sporadic response; i put in a dispute with the credit card company last week. only then did they respond which i promptly informed them that i was cancelling the contract. i never did get to the point where they did any work; the town informed me there was no permit request on record for construction though the company said they would submit it the week before.

Read you contract carefully and negotiate the amount of the deposit and the start date.

Did a great job had a 10x15 slab installed 30 inches deep for a semi inground swim spa. Not ur usual slab but they understood what I needed and got the job done. Workers were friendly and cleaned up after each day of work. I Would recommend them to friends and family.

Michael Anthony Services installed a new retaining wall, with drainage and landscaping. The location is not an easy one to get equipment and materials to, but they found a way to do it. The work is exceptional, the price reasonable, the job completed as scheduled and on-time, and Michael Anthony was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend them.

From the very first phone call with Mr.Anthony it was professional and smooth. No bs no hidden cost or anything. Quality of work top notch and very fast to. Since it was a difficult situation with crumbling front steps, they did the best possible repair they could. They we concerned for my safety and strived to correct the problem the best they could. I found no other contractor willing to take on this repair.
