NEVER SHOWED UP SEE ABOVE

We asked Larry Cozz to re do our kitchen. The grout between the tiles began to crack after a short time. Larry came back and tried to fix the problem a few times but then ALL of the grout cracked. We tried to work with Larry (we even bought the new tiles) and Larry promised that he would "Make it right". The day that Larry was supposed to come and re do the floor he called with an excuse. The excuses kept coming for weeks on end until he finally stopped responding. He will not respond to any of our attempts to contact him. For him to call himself a professional is a joke. We called in a REAL professional and he said that the floor was installed totally wrong. I would run from this contractor. He's a disgrace!

We used Cozz Construction to do our kitchen. They botched the tile job on the floor. The entire floor needs to be re done. Although we tried to work with them( agreeing to pay for the new tiles)they never showed up on the day that they had planned to do the job. At first Larry came up with excuse after excuse. Now they will not even respond to us. RUN from this contractor!!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out okay. It was pretty good. I had paid more than the big deal, only because he broke my toilet, and I had to go and buy a new one. He was punctual, he came when he said he was going to.

Larry and Robert were very professional. Completed work in one day except for a half hour touch up visit the day after. Larry kept in touch and told me exactly when he would be at my home. Promptly arrived at the agreed time. Robert made sure everything was cleaned up after the work was completed in each room and they even brought their own vacuum. I am very pleased with the work and would absolutely call Coz Construction again.

Both Proprietor and his assistant were efficient, friendly and most importantly, knew what they were doing. They tore out wood planking that was deteriorating and replaced it with treated lumber, which in some cases needed to be shaved for proper spacing. I would absolutely use them again, and have recommended them to family and friends in the area.

Great service! Larry is a talented handyman, very thorough, honest and charges a reasonable price. He has worked in my home several times over the past 2 years. I highly recommend him.

He was very good and I had no problem with him whatsoever. He was here when he said he was going to be, cleaned up good afterwards and he was very good. He gave us an estimate. There was a leak in the roof and he repaired it. He didn’t even take any money for that and told us to check if that works. He came on a Sunday and worked. He was very good and I really highly recommend him.

Very professional. Completed all tasks in a timely manner. Quality of work was good.

That was fine. It was good. I guess he felt like he was giving a lot of value for what I was paying.

Mr. Cozz came and gave us an estimate. He took his time and investigated our problems. We received a written estimate. We accepted and he returned on a mutually agreed date, on time and prepared for each repair. Our closet doors slide like new and that is a great thing. We were very pleased with our experience.

My experience with them went off very well. They were responsive, timely, got the job done in time and was affordable. It was within my budget in fact he came better so I am going to reach out to him again for few other pieces of work. He as the owner was good towards his staff. We communicated a lot through emails and he was very responsive that way. I think he charged me $60 an hour and basically he installed the toilet in an hour. He is going to do the cleaning and power wash of the deck and he gave me an estimate for that too.

The company did not return my call.

Larry emailed us the day we purchased the deal on angieslist. He was very curteous. He repaired a hole in a bedroom closet from water damage and painted our bathroom. He was fast and tidy.

Larry was prompt, professional and successfully completed the projects. We were very pleased with the results and would work with Larry again.

Very good communication to set appointment, arrived early and worked very efficiently. Most of the work was good quality, but some plastering seemed very rushed.

It really went very well. There are no don'ts that I can think of- he works thoroughly and fast. He's fair in price. He has plumbers under contract if a bigger job calls for that. I have been waiting a long time for a good Handyman, and through Angie's list I found Larry, and am very pleased and highly recommend him.

Larry was responsive via both emails and phone calls. He came right on time. I explained that I was in the process of revamping my bathroom (home built in 1954)and what I needed done. He completed the job in the allotted time frame, cleaned up and provided me with suggestions on my project. After he was finished I asked him to provide me with an estimate on putting in a new tub enclosure, replacing the toilet and sink and also some areas that will need, new doors, drywall and spackling. I would not have requested the estimate if I was unhappy with his work. I think I may have found my new handyman/construction guy!

It should've all been done in 3 hours but he only got it half done by then. He then started to charge us more than the special deal we got him for. So we asked him to leave. I'd tell others not to use him. His work was fine but we felt like it was a scam.

He fixed our leaky kitchen sink drain first, then replaced our lighted doorbell, then fixed our master bathroom sink drain, quickly and efficiently, as all have been working perfectly since he repaired them.

He did a good job. He did what I asked him to do. I would recommend him to others

.We responded to a handyman special on Angie's List. Larry responded to us that evening to see what type of work needed to be done. He contacted us a few days later to set up an appointment for that weekend. He arrived promptly, he was very professional and courteous. Being that it was a Saturday, the whole family was home and Larry stayed out of everyone's way. He took time to answer any questions we had. We even got an estimate for Kitchen remodeling that we are planning. He got back to us with the estimate within a week.

The guy that came was so courteous and they did a wonderful job! I can't praise it enough.
