Description of Work: I recieved a part from them which came defective and they woul not honor a replacement. They totally washed their hands of it. I never used it, it came broke out of the box. | |I finally worked with the manufacturer and they replaced it.

+ -1 moreUpon sliding the microwave into our new island, we found the floor of the microwave to be too low. My husband tried several times to call Kirk, before he finally returned his call. We wanted to return the unused microwave, and buy a microwave drawer. Kirk basically blew off my husband, claiming that distributor would not take the microwave back. REALLY? Community Appliance didn't even offer to take it back, and charge us a restocking fee. The microwave and trim kit are still sitting in our garage. Every time I pass it, I think to myself that I will never do business with Community Appliance again. We should have never gone to a small business. We should have dealt with Lowe's or Home Depot, both of whom told us that our new microwave drawer was returnable, if we were not happy with it. We have purchased things in the past from Community Appliance, but will never go back again. Buyer beware...
Description of Work: We were renovating our kitchen, and needed a microwave to fit in our new island. Kirk helped us, and we bought a GE Profile convection/microwave and a trim kit to surround it.
