Customer service is the top 5 worst I've ever dealt with. The female employee, is by far the worst! She is curt, confrontational and irrational! Needless to say, she should not be dealing directly with customers. Left a very bad taste in my mouth and therefore I will NOT be using this company again.

Community Appliance has by far the worst customer service i've ever dealt with in my life!!! They make promises they cant keep, they never respond back to calls, they do not know how to treat their customers, and they have yet to resolve my issue which i was told from the start would be resolved (going on 3 months). I will take my losses and go to a large chain store. Sometimes it doesnt pay to try and help the local business, theres no way to escalate your issues. If you are making a large purchase becareful. The owner is worse than the workers this is probably why the service is so bad. Since his guys failed big time I am now told they cannot help me. I am stuck with a broken until which has never been used. Its amazing that they have been in business for 40 years. I tried to give them business twice and they have failed to provide any kind of custom service that comes hand in hand with purchasing something. Go else where for you appliances, it will save you a lot of aggravation!!

The ice maker from our refrigerator had to be replaced, even though it was only four years old. I bought the refrigerator from them in the first place and I called them to come take a look at it. They came out to see the problem pretty quickly. He gave us the estimate right away in writing and proceeded to repair it. It only took him about fifteen minutes to finish the job. The price seemed high for a repeat customer. I've had ice makers that have lasted much longer, but it is working well now.
