We initially met to talk through the idea. Burt followed up with a detailed plan and estimate. There are no hidden fees with Comac. The project was completed as planned and on budget. It is lovely and has given us two usable spaces from one formerly empty room.

We were very happy with the work done by CoMac. From the start of the project, they were very dependable. They showed up on a daily basis and were very thorough in cleaning up the construction site at the end of the work day. Burt always returned calls or answered any questions we had. He or Sam kept us up to date on the progress of deliveries, inspections, and the next steps. The attention to detail and workmanship is outstanding. We would recommend CoMac for any project.

I have seen many projects done by CoMac over the last several years. They always came with glowing recommendations. So when it came time for my project I really didn't shop around for price because I knew I was getting the best. I was not dissappointed. They pay attention to detail and pay attention to everything you want done. Bert the contractor is extremely knowledgable and made me feel comfortable with all my decisions . They took every precaution to keep my house neat and clean during the process. They also were there everyday on time till the project was finished. They do not hop from project to project. If you want a good experience with home remodeling you can't go wrong with this 3 man team.

Burt, Sam, and team (especially Manny) did an excellent job. From the start they were responsive and consistently showed up, both in person and in attitude/work ethic. This was a large renovation, and they quickly worked through any items that came up. They were a pleasure to deal with and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. Some of our friends though we were nuts when we indicated how much we planned to complete in three months, but the CoMac crew came through. I would highly recommend them.

Our Contractor, Burt, was so honest and helpful throughout the entire process, nothing was too big or too small for him to take care of. He and his team had excellent ideas to help us to achieve the best outcome possible and nothing was a problem for them. We have a house that was built in 1930 so there were some challenges but the team took care of them and advised us on upgrading our electricity and plumbing to meet code and we passed all our inspections without a problem. We are so happy that this work was done too and we had complete trust that it was the right thing to do. Our 3 bathrooms and our kitchen are "picture perfect" and we are so pleased that we had such a wonderful group of workers that did such a great job for us. They faithfully came each day and did just what they said they would do and sometimes even more.

It went very well. Burt and his team are wonderful. They take care of everything and do the job right. We took a small 4-piece bathroom and expanded it. This involved gutting the bathroom, removing a wall, moving a walk in closet entry door, closing off the 2 small windows and inserting a new 5ft window in the exterior wall. The rebuild involved new plumbing and electrical, tiling walls and floor, large new shower, stand-alone tub, vanity and toilet. We also added a couple of luxury items such as under floor heating and a heated towel rack. Burt was very helpful through out the whole project; making sure that we did not have long delays with inspections, providing suggestions and recommendations, solving problems (finding an elegant solution to hiding a accessible water mixing value for the tub faucet) and making sure that the job was delivered within the estimated period. I am a very picky client and while I am sure that I drove them crazy, they get high marks for answering my every question with a smile and good humor. The team works together well and delivers a beautiful result to high standards. I would highly recommend them.

Comac surpassed our expectations! Working with Burt and his team was one of the best experiences we?ve ever had working with any service provider. Burt is an honest man in an industry riddled with pirates. His crew, both Sam and Manny, are skilled craftsmen, who pay careful attention to detail, and were always respectful of our home. We had a new kitchen and new bathroom put in. Burt?s design ideas were truly inspired. Both rooms were demolished down to the studs then rebuilt. Burt suggested we remove a header beam which separated our kitchen from our sun-room, which magically transformed the two rooms into one beautiful open space. Unlike other contractors we?ve worked with, Burt unerringly kept to his word on everything he promised. He was on the job site every day and always came when he said he would. Costs stayed true to Burt?s original estimate, except for when we decided to add something which wasn?t originally included. Like us, Burt insisted that everything be perfect, even it meant redoing something. He is a man of character who believes in being fair, and clearly takes tremendous pride and finds enjoyment in what he does. Our only regret is that we will miss seeing Burt, Sam and Manny around our house. We enjoyed their company for the two months they were in our home, including my one year old son who smiled every time he saw them. We will definitely be recommending Comac to anyone in need of renovations, and hope to use them again for anything we need done in our home. Thank you Burt, Sam, and Manny!

The projects went beautifully. Burt took care of all aspects of the management of the projects. We only had to pick out materials to be installed. If I found something to question, Burt would have inevitably have it covered already. One of the co-owners (Burt and Sam) was present at all times and Sam did most of the skilled construction work. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and results are beautiful.

Honest ? On-time ? Gorgeous results! He was very pleasant and reviewed the work that had to be done, while giving me thoughts on what the previous contractors did wrong and the best way to fix it. Unlike the other contractors that gave me an estimate, Burt did not try to over sell the services. He started the job and found further water damage in the shower and gave me a very fair estimate to ?fix it right?. We could not be happier with Burt and his crew, they were neat, showed on time every day, communicated and stuck to the process and time frame. All the work came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL, we are thrilled with all of the work they did. We are going to call him again when it's time for out Kitchen. Thanks Burt!

CoMac Improvements did a fantastic job with every aspect of the renovations in my home. Every detail, big and small, was well thought out and given the utmost attention. The tile work in both bathrooms and the kitchen is outstanding with each piece lining up perfectly. Each item they installed was handled with such care. They truly strive for perfection. Burt is the ideal contractor. We told him what we wanted in our new kitchen and he gave us some great ideas to make it perfect. He worked with us and the cabinet and granite companies and then proceeded quickly. Burt and his men were prompt and kept to their schedule. They enclosed the working area to keep the dust down and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. If there was a decision to be made they always asked before they went ahead. They left nothing undone. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would definitely hire CoMac again. Thank you Burt!

We removed a wall for an open concept and redid everything. New cabinets, new appliances new layout. This included HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Burt is amazing at coordinating and coming up with all the plans. He's truly a full service contractor. The day to day work itself is all Manny and Sam. Sam is an artist and has perfected his craft. I'd trust any contracting job with these guys and my wife and I are not easy to please. There was even a moment during the renovation where they had a family member pass away. Burt was still at my house doing the back splash. I can't really say enough good things about their work. I'm truly happy to have found them for all my future construction needs. The one thing i will say is that if you're renovating a kitchen be prepared to have some dust. They did an excellent job prepping for that but it's virtually impossible to keep all dust out. We love our new kitchen more than we could possibly express.

From the get go Burt was on time for his review of the space. He had excellent ideas, made us feel comfortable from the start and really allowed us the creative freedom for our new bathroom. We talked at length about a few options and we ended up choosing an option that we really thought would suit us well. Burt went right to work sending us to both countertop and cabinet suppliers to choose our new supplies. Once supplies were chosen Burt then concentrated on the permits and the work order with the town. Every town is different but Burt's men started gutting the bathroom a few weeks after we signed the contract. Burt and his men are so neat. They basically cover everything. At the end of the day there's never a trace of their presence and they are very diligent about starting bright and early. We loved that. The work was pretty outstanding. Down to the finest level of detail. The marble tile we chose was put in a pattern that was suggested by Burt. No hassle no gimmicks, no extra fees. Burt and his men did exactly what we wanted and did it well. The best part for me was knowing it was done right. We covered a window in that room and I was so worried about water issues. That thing is waterproofed to the utmost perfection. Even the siding they replaced on the house looks pretty identical to our current siding. Knowing Burt and his team went the proper way to get permits and ensure our bathroom was up to code makes us feel all the more safe in there. We are super excited to begin work on our kitchen next year with Burt. He's already given us some great ideas. I’d highly recommend Burt for any remodeling you need. Thanks

Their price was reasonable. They were really personable.

Burt & Sam were clean, after each day, no mess. Response to every request, for example doorbell on wrong wall, corrected with no additional charge. Both rooms are beautiful.
