Gregg is a true professional and perfectionist; he spent 9 hours at our home because he wouldn't settle with just good enough, and wanted it to be done to his standards. Gregg completed the job immediately. He mounted my tv with excellent care and made sure every leveling mark and speck of dust was removed. He ensured the TV was symmetrically mounted on the wall, was level and asked multiple questions to ensure I was satisfied. When completed he stayed later to help scope out an additional job I was thinking about in my den. I would highly recommend Bass Audio Visual.
