It was painless and very happy with the results. | |FYI, I may have inadvertently filled this out for a different "Superior" vendor that was also on my list. If I did, I did so inadvertently and did not receive services from that Superior vendor (in Hackensack NJ).

 + -1 moreWe have been using Superior Security System for approximately 10 years. There was an existing alarm system in the house which we have updated over time. Mark at Superior has performed all work on our system. He is clear and concise with regard to what can and cannot be achieved and works to solve problems which stand in the way of achieving our desired outcome. He has done work in our house several times and is neat and tidy. In addition Mark has been very responsive when there has been any issues with the system and has been available to assist out of working hours.
Description of Work: Installed wireless smoke detectors and hooked them up to existing alarm monitoring system.
