They appeared on time as scheduled and confirmed before the visit proactively. Two professionals showed up equipped with walkie talks which speeds up the whole process. In less than two hours they repaired Sandy's damage and put the system back to work

R & R Irrigation Co. is excellent. We've had all kinds of sprinkler and plumber companies out and nobody else had ever found our leak. They found it within an hour. They might have had some special equipment and they also seemed very experienced. They were very professional and seemed to have a lot of experience doing this sort of thing. I wish we had found them earlier. They'll come back in another month or so to repair the leak. They couldn't repair it then because it was too late in the fall and the ground was already frozen. They did not leave any mess whatsoever. The quality was excellent.

I guess the best recommendation I can make is that I will continue to use them. They had them come back for the winterization of the system in the fall and i will use them again this spring when I turn the system back on. Gary

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Steve was very helpful and patient with the many questions that I had. He was also very accommodating with our schedule as we had a landscape design that was also in the works. RR irrigation was very competitive with pricing and we could not be happier with the job they did. Steve was the only irrigation company that really looked at all the variables like water pressure, pipe size inside the house and number of heads per zone. I give them additional bonus points for charging us next to nothing for having to repair two lines after the town came in and broke them during their sidewalk and street renovation. .

They were very reasonable. One of the owners came out himself to give me an estimate and take a look at the property. I was really satisfied with their service. They are very good. They are very responsive. They are on time and I am just very happy with them.

They do a good job and it is easy to schedule appointments. They are accurate. They come when you call and they answer your questions like any other service provider.

Excellent. Took a little while to actually have them come over (they are a commercial service company) but other than that the service was excellent. Would recommend them all over again.

R & R Irrigation Co. does an excellent job. We have a 1/4 acre yard and they are very good about placing the sprinkler heads where they need to be. We also have them come in the fall to shut things down. I have only good things to say about them. They do come when they say they will and know what they are doing.
