Description of Work: whole house cleaning. ok. but I was afraid to have them clean the oven.toomuch for them to do in a short amount of time. they had wrong address so arrived late.

Description of Work: We used an Angie's list deal (2 cleaners for 3 hours for $199) and they were able to clean our entire home in order to prepare it for sale. We were so impressed at how quickly and thoroughly they cleaned everything, and would recommend them highly to anyone who needed house cleaning in the area.

Description of Work: They do a great job...only thing is the crew is not the same always. So it is tough to build the trust factor and also the quality is not always consistent. But I am happy with them and they take quick action when I tell them to send a different crew.

Description of Work: Their coupon stated that it would be for 6 hours of hour cleaning but neglected to say it was for 2 people for 3 hours.When arrangements were made Terese did state this. When the two girls came they asked my husband what needed to be done. He showed them the upstairs and downstairs of the house and said the floors and dusting needed to be done. Instead of the two girls splitting up, they spent 3 hours cleaning the upstairs of the house which consists of one bedroom, and smaller den/bedroom and a bathroom. This area is approximately 950 square feet - not very large. When they finally came downstairs at 5:30pm the employee asked me if I wanted to pay extra for the downstairs to be done. I asked her to leave. She called her boss, with whom my husband spoke with and my husband stated that it does not take 3 hours to clean this amount of area especially when the windows were not even supposed to be done. Had these two employees split their time between the upstairs and downstairs, I would not have had to spend 3 hours the following day cleaning my house.( and this was in addition to washing 8 loads of wash in-between) What I really think should of happened was that when a new client calls, someone should be sent to the house to see what needs to be done, discuss what the client can expect to have done and in what amount of time. I have had other services come to my house in the past when I lived in the New Brunswick area and got more cleaned for less money. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: Thorough housecleaning, especially kitchen and bathrooms which had been neglected for a while. Tiled areas sparkled when the job was done. This was one of the hottest days of the summer and they worked non-stop. I would definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of a pretty large houses. I had to pay additional, as they weren't finished in the allotted time. Trustworthy and professional.

Description of Work: Their service was billed as a high-powered cleaning service. I had multiple areas where I needed this type of cleaning, namely, my basement which had oily residue after a furnace was removed. Also my attic had a lot of clearing out. I spoke to the contact and expressed what I wanted done. The cleaners came with only a vacuum and a mop, clearly unprepared for the type of cleaning I wanted and expected. I could have paid any one to clean the way that they cleaned. They should refrain from advertising their service as high-powered, it was ordinary.

Description of Work: They cleaned my apartment. Threw ladies came. They were very professional. Only one spoke English, but that was no problem. I would use them again.
