It went great. Sandra and Miriam did a great job. Everything looked great when they were finished.

Excellent work by Marcela, Miriam, and Aracely. The team arrived right on time and worked non stop for the next 2 1/2 hours. They did an outstanding job and we will definitely use this service again.

The service was okay. It wasn't sub-par but wasn't exceptional. There were a couple of spots they missed. Maybe I would utilize them again and give better instructions. They were very responsive when I had to change the date a few times.

They arrived earlier than scheduled, and did a fantastic job. Maria Ramos and Sandra Hugo were great and got everything done on time.

Overall they did a good job, however the kitchen job (microwave, island, countertop) wasn't perfect.

Initially they were very responsive and arranged for crews to come on short notice and helped me out in a jam. As time went on, they seemed to slip - they would forget appointments, crews would arrive over an hour late without any notification. And sometimes it just got too late and they would try to push me to the next day. The quality of the cleaning was average.

Sandra and Hugo did a great job especially in the kitchen and bathroom. With 3 kids and a busy schedule, they helped me see past the clutter. Once they came in they went straight to work. I have subscribed to their service every 3 weeks because it's worth it.

They concentrated cleaning in the areas I requested so I was satisfied with their work.

It exceeded my expectations. Marcella and Irma were professional and got right to work the second they got in the door. They didn't stop for the entire 3 hours and my house has never looked so clean! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the figure. So glad I decided to go with them!

Sandra and Hugo were excellent. They were professional, efficient, friendly and thorough. We were impressed with the work that they did and we will definitely request them again if and when we use this service. The lower marks I have given apply to Hortensia, not to Sandra and Hugo, and these are not major complaints. With regards to punctuality, I base the grade on the fact that the service called me to reschedule the appointment to earlier in the day, and only 40min in advance of the time they wanted to move the appointment to. This wasn't a terrible inconvenience today: I was nearby and able to accommodate the change and, furthermore, I understand the company's business interests in suggesting the new time, but the options offered me were limited--2hrs earlier or at some undisclosed time after the original scheduled appointment. Doable today, but it could have easily gone the other way. This also accounts for the slight downgrade in Professionalism (this is, of course, no fault of Sandra's or Hugo's). Lastly, there was a slight issue over price at the end--a discrepancy between the price quoted us by a secretary and the price being asked for after the services were rendered. We worked this out, but there should have been no issue to begin with. Overall, our experience with Hortensia was very good and their cleaners are excellent.

Overall it is good - they clean well on most visits except for a few - I would expect the same consistency for each visit.

Awesome job done by Sandra and Irma. We will definitely make this a biweekly cleaning.

Excellent non stop cleaning done by two women for nearly 2.5hrs. The kitchen and appliances looked new again. They were delayed 2hrs on starting the job and did not call to notify us until we called them, that was the only hiccup. Overall we are satisfied and will likely schedule regular cleaning services.

Sandra and Irma are the best! They took their time and made sure that everything in my house was clean to our satisfaction! They asked questions and talked with me about additional services that their company offers. My house has never been so clean!!!!

I am so very happy with this cleaning service. They were professional in every way. They came on time, they were self sufficient. They not only cleaned but organized things in a way that was smart and thoughtful. They made my house and home better then it was before they came. well. Two people came and performed home cleaning for three hours each. Cleaned windows, home, bathrooms, kitchen, garage, basement. All appliances, ceiling fans, over the counter light fixtures etc. Floor was vacuumed and wiped with pine sole. Good service.

This will be the second time that I will use them and the experience is even better than the first. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. They were very professional and paid attention to details. The initial plan was to have 2 cleaners working 3 hours each (for a total of 6 hours). In order to accommodate our schedule and reduce the time, 3 cleaners came and worked 2 hours each. My house was thoroughly cleaned and my wife and I were extremely satisfied. I plan on using them on a more regular basis moving forward. Thanks Hortensia!

It went very well. I was happy that they were able to come an hour early, and was amazed at how clean everything came out, from the blinds to the window sills, sinks, floors and more.

I contacted Hortensia Cleaning Service based on an excellent review by my sister. They did not disappoint! Sandra and Hugo arrived slightly late, but stayed and worked for the entire 3 hours as agreed. They are pleasant and professional, and did an amazing job, leaving each room of our first floor sparkling clean--even the windows!
