The entire house was cleaned better than any other service I've used. Very professional and the price was good. My house was REALLY bad and they blasted through it quickly but it's CLEAN. Were able to accommodate me on a days notice just before the holiday. REally amazing

I have used Hortensia Cleaning Service for over a year now. While they usually send different people from week to week (but I typically get Hugo and Sandra), I have found that the level of service and quality of work to be consistent. The price is also very competitive..

Usually 2 people come to clean. They bring their own cleaning products (incl. bucket & mop). The ladies are always cheerful, hardworking, and thorough.

Hugo & Sandra did a fantastic job cleaning our place: everything from our kitchen and bathrooms to the outside of our patio windows and hard to reach places. Thanks guys!

I have had Sandra clean my house for a long time. Today she came with Hugo and they did a great job of cleaning, I like that they moved things to clean rather than cleaning round items.

I don't know what to say. I used them for quite a few months. I had one team that came often and they were excellent. The last time, I went in to check in my husband's office space. T he tv was garbled. The cleaner had a spray bottle. She told me she sprayed the screen. When I called to report it, I was told she denied spraying the screen. Needless to say, I never had them back.

very good, responded quickly, on time, very thourough for as dusty and overdue it was,.the girls were very nice and did what my concerns were, my one bathroom shower was done very thouroughly, would definately hire again

Everything went very well. Cleaners were on time (I was actually a little late getting home from work and they were very patient waiting). Sandra and Mirian cleaned for 3 hours and then still had more to do. They checked with me to make sure that it was okay to go over time. I said yes. They continued for another hour and a half. My house looks as if we just moved in. I will be contacting their offices today about routine cleaning.

Ms. Ramos and Hugo came at the time specified, came prepared for any cleaning requested, were most friendly and accommodating even advising me, when it started to rain, that I had left my car windows open. Ms. Ramos tackled the stove and microwave that I had been avoiding like the plague.

They did an adequate job of cleaning, nothing special. At first, we noticed that liquor was missing. The bottles were still there, but the contents disappeared. We called the office, and were told they'd check with the staff. We had to call them back to follow up. Their answer was, "No one took your liquor". Although we knew this was untrue, we continued to use them. That was our mistake. Many things disappeared from our house which only their people could have taken because never once had we had any other workers in our bedroom. At first I thought it was my imagination. Now, I know the things (jewelry & silverware) are gone for good. I kept thinking I had misplaced them, and things would turn up. No such luck.
