Hired them as we did not have time to clean the apartment before handing over the keys. The did a very good job. The house was spotless.

They stayed true to the pricing but they did not stay true to the fulfillment of the deal. I had three people show up and they gave an hour and a half of cleaning. They told me they were done. I came back to my house to find that the lights were off and one of the switches was stripped when I lifted the electrical panel. They could have blown a fuse. What they did was good. It was good enough. It just wasn't all of the deal. The price was okay. They showed up early.

Sandra and Hugo had their work cut out for them; the house was gross. Knowing how bad the grime level was, and how there could never be enough time in one day for them to do absolutely everything, I emailed a list of mandatory items to clean to the service the day before the appointment. Sandra and Hugo showed up a bit late, but the office called and alerted me to this (it was pouring that day and apparently were in traffic.) They literally charge from the second they walk into your home (even during the getting to know you stage and the chit chatting portion that has nothing to do with cleaning) but it wasn't too long so I have no complaints about that. They truly *scrubbed* my full bathroom and kitchen, which were in desperate need, and continued around the rest of the house with less vigor, but still, it was done satisfactorily. I specifically noted to the cleaning service the day before that I have wood floors in a large portion of the home, thinking perhaps this would alter what cleaning fluids were used, but it didn't. The epoxy painted tile, laminate, and wood floors were all cleaned with the same cleaning solution. The floors are still very dirty (but considering how nasty they were, I'm not surprised.) I did ask for all baseboard and ceiling moldings to be cleaned...baseboards were done, ceiling moldings were not. I also asked that both bathrooms be scrubbed from the ceiling down, as there used to be a smoker here who smoked primarily in the bathrooms. This was absolutely done in the full bathroom, but the half bath only got a standard cleaning treatment. I asked for the furniture in the living and TV rooms to be moved for vacuuming and mopping...this was done in the living room, but not the TV room. I asked specifically that the outside of the cabinets in the kitchen be scrubbed, the fan be cleaned, and the bay window be scrubbed out (wow these things were super gross.) They moved most of the appliances on the counters to clean underneath, but not all. But oh my goodness, the job they did on the nasty grime covered cabinets, bay window, and fan more than made up for the few areas missed. Sandra and Hugo were here for 6 long hours, and worked crazy hard for most of it. I would certainly recommend them, and will rehire them again (as soon as I can afford it.)

Hortensia's cleaning crew - Claudia and Marcel arrived early for their appointment. The two ladies handled their duties very efficiently and went about it quite pleasantly, you hardly knew they were there except when the vacuum was engaged. When they were finished, the place was obviously very thoroughly cleaned and had a pleasant but unobtrusive fragrance throughout. I will definitely use Hortensia's services again and do intend to request Claudia and Marcel.

TI have used other house cleaning service before. But they did the best for cleaning my kitchen and I will definitely use them again. Three crew member come about 1 hour late. Before that, we had to change appointment because they were busy finishing another job. Once they come, they did exactly what we expect them to do. They charge me by hours but they were busy all the time.

They failed miserably. The crew came through the house 2x and the place is still filthy. Bathrooms look like they were never touched, all the hardware still has soap scum (which was easily removed later by me with warm water and a paper towel),the counters are dusty. My 2 refrigerators still have fingerprints on the front and dust on the top. The floors (that was a fun conversation). Teresa proclaimed they were mopped 2x. Really? Then Hortensia's mops (or the people operating them) must function like no other mops or cleaning crew in the world. I walked across the floor in the kitchen with white socks and by the time I got to the living room my socks were black( no exaggeration, I have pictures). I would post them if Angie's list would allow me. Please do yourself a favor, if u have $315 and a choice of 1) hiring this firm to "deep clean" your home or 2) lighting the money on fire.....without hesitation pick #2. It went very well. The deal was $199 for six hours, which is two people at three hours each. Three people were sent after they heard about the home we bought. The ladies that came to work were nice, and as the home we purchased was filthy, they had their work cut out for them. They did a great job cleaning the bathroom and all upstairs. They were here for five hours, and they were able to clean some of the kitchen, but we could not afford to do another hour. This was an unusual situation, so I understand why they were not able to complete the two floors in five hours. We have hired them to clean the home we moved out of, which is much smaller, and I am sure they will do just fine. :)

They came and did the INITIAL cleaning very, very well (this was the deep clean that they had advertised). We were so impressed that we asked them to do a biweekly cleaning. First of all, they asked a lot (compared to the lady we use now) -- they asked $120, and the service we use now is only $100 for the same space. And the worst of it is that they did a total rush job! They came late, provided one lady who couldn't finish in the time alotted, and at the end of it all it wasn't even clean. My husband noticed that they left some french fries on the floor! The guy on the phone was lovely the first time, and quickly became much ruder after the initial visit. Too bad - we wanted it to always be like it was the first time. Oh well - my recommendation is to buy their "big deal," and then not get sucked in to the rest.

I did use them for a while but I didn't need their services anymore.

I scheduled to have my house cleaned at 11 am. By noon, no one reached out to me explaining that they were running late so I called Theresa and said that no one had showed up at my house. She said that she would call the girls and call me back. She called me about ten minutes later and asked if they were at my house yet and i said no. She stated that they were on their way. About ten minutes later, Theresa calls me again and said that the cleaners would be at my house at 1 pm because they got held up cleaning someone else's house that purchased the big deal. I explained that I was unhappy with this but agreed for them to come at 1 pm. By 1:30 pm, no one was at my house still so i called Theresa. She seemed surprised that no one was there to clean. I said that i wanted to cancel the service and get my money back. She offered no other solutions such as to come another day or give me a free hour for my inconvenience, nothing. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this waste of time to anyone!!

Two staff members arrived punctually and worked hard for the 3 hours. They cleaned the kitchen and baths, vacuumed and mopped all floors, wiped down all furniture. They worked quickly and did a great job. Very pleasant and hardworking crew. I will likely engage them for a regular cleaning service.

I called Hortensia to schedule a clean-up of our one-car garage, which was very messy with boxes, crates, junk, and cobwebs. Sondra and Hugo worked for almost 3 hours, emptying out the garage, followed by thorough cleaning and mopping, then replaced things neatly. They consulted with me as they worked, making sure my expectations were met. My expectations were greatly exceeded. They did an amazing job. My garage is so clean that I am thinking about using it as a guest room!!! ;-) (Punctuality was an issue, but on this particular day, it was not a problem.) I am very, very happy with their work, and highly recommend this company.

The crew did an excellent job. The six hour job was done by 2 workers (3 hrs. each) and they were very attentive to detail. They asked about areas of concentration and priorities before starting the job. Punctuality was an issue but they did an excellent job once they arrived. I provided some of my own products for special areas.

We just came back from a long vacation and the house was quite dusty. Johanna, Roxanna and Irma showed up on time. My wife showed them what needed to be done. They did all that and some more. Every nook and crany was cleaned. They brought their own supplies, moved stuff around and cleaned and scrubbed everything including windows, doors, closet doors, tubs, etc. At the end they said they needed an hour more to complete extra work which we were more than happy to extend and pay. We are very pleased at the end result and will definitely hire them again. We once again thank Johanna, Roxanna and Irma for a professional job well done.

I have someone come to clean my house every two weeks, but after more than two years, the house is getting dirty and dirty. I saw the promotion and want to give it a try. Irma and Claudia came to my house yesterday, they did a wonderful job, very professional, pay attention to the details. I am very happy with their work, and will use them again

I was so very pleased with Johanna, Ingrid, and Ruby, They were on time, professional, and most important thorough. No stone was left unturned. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a major house cleaning like this, or any other need. I will be using them again in the near future.

Other than the fact that they were late almost 75 minutes without any contact from them (I had to contact them to know whereabouts), they did a fantastic job cleaning the house.
