Description of Work: I had a deep house cleaning. Three girls came to clean for three hours. One had a child health emergency and had to leave and the other girls stayed longer to do her share. They did a very good job.

Description of Work: They were very nice ladies. It was three women for three hours of general cleaning. Each woman cleaned in three separate areas and did a very nice job. Lupe was the person I dealt with and she couldn't have been more thorough and efficient.

Description of Work: Two workers appeared when scheduled and worked tirelessly all day. They were able to remove stains that others failed to remedy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Initially they said it was 2 for 3 hours (6 hours deal). But 3 people for 2 hours. Could not finish the house in 2 hours and so charged for additional $55 (per hour). They did a good job but only wished they could estimate the cost first. Overall pretty happy with the job done. One more problem I had was with them using regulare floor soap water to mop hardwood floors.

Description of Work: The work done was just ok, nothing exceptional or above and beyond. The deal was 10 hours of cleaning for $290. Two workers arrived at my home, so basically that meant the hours were split - 2 workers @5 hours each. The areas I selected to be cleaned were covered by the workers, but I don't feel they "really" cleaned anything - just performed basic cleaning. I was expecting a little more, especially if they expected to get repeat business. I just wasn't impressed with the results.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal to get your house cleaned but they were unable to schedule me. I might use them in the future since they good ratings.

The least they could have done was email or call that they were unable to proform the service as required by the deal. Description of Work: The house was totally cleaned from ceiling to floor and the three people who came worked straight for three hours without stopping. They were friendly, professional and provided excellent service. I asked them to clean windows and ceiling fans, lights, etc., and all was completed. The house looks great!

Description of Work: Cleaning women(2) showed up on time and got right to work. Very pleasant-courteous and did a very good job. Rates reasonable and will be getting there service on a bi-monthly basis. Have also recommended them to family.
