+ -1 moreTom is always prompt. He said he would arrive between 9 and 10 am and was here at 9:15. It took him slightly less than two hours to spot-treat and clean all the carpets and they look and feel great. I have been using Carpet Magicians via the recommendation of a friend almost yearly for the last seven years. As usual, he did a great job, and is always prompt, professional, friendly and efficient.
Description of Work: Spot-treated and steam-cleaned all carpeting in seven rooms, stairs, and hallway outside upstairs bedrooms, plus two 7 foot runners.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD, BECAUSE THE STAIN CAME BACK. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WORK.
