ABC OIL CO

This company has not been reviewed in a while. There appears to be some recent changes in the organization, and not for the better. This business left an 80-year woman, who was a loyal customer of their's for nearly 2 decades, without oil. Customer service provided no less than 6 different excuses in three days for not coming. Consumers may want to research and compare other vendors before using this one.

They were very courteous on the phone. Quick to respond and was able to come out the same day. Most oil companies were scheduled a couple days out and possibly weeks during the winter. The driver who came out was very knowledgeable and very polite. A lot of companies require you to be home during delivery and will not fill your tanks if you are not present. ABC Oil was able to fill my tanks so I did not need to be sitting around waiting for them all day. Which makes it very convenient. I also noticed the oil from them seemed to last longer. It's hard to say for sure, it could have been the weather changes, the mixes/additives in their fuel, my own imagination or any number of things. Definitely not measured, but I seem to require less frequent fill ups with them. Their pricing is slightly below the average, but typically a couple cents higher than the lowest prices around. Despite that, I still prefer them for the above reasons.

THE WORKER WAS HERE WHEN THE COMPANY SAID HE WOULD BE. THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK FOR A YEAR. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IS VERY GOOD. IF I CALLED AND HAD A PROBLEM, THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. IF THEY WERE GOING TO BE A LITTLE LATE THEY WOULD CALL AND LET ME KNOW. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS.
