Description of Work: Plumbing issues from improper winterization from another company. Dormann's provided estimate that was true for the job needed. This was real estate transaction and sellers chose another provider. We will use Dormann's if we have any further plumbing needs.

They had no issue in changing out the type of pump they brought versus the style I wanted for my application. To do this they went back to the shop and were back in very a timely manner. In addition to the pump, they installed new piping. I've been using Dormann's for years and have never been disappointed.
Description of Work: Replaced the sump pump in my crawlspace.

 + -1 moreCommunication was excellent from day one. They were very timely. He was there when he said he'd be. He didn't deviate with the plan. He was flexible with my schedule. They were very clean and neat. They actually ran into a problem and made a mistake and fixed it at no cost to me. They were very transparent and kept us informed. They were excellent!

Description of Work: Kitchen was being remodeled. They were contracted to hook up kitchen sink and disposal. They sent a young man to do the work. He first had to put in a shut off valve in the basement.. He did this then turned on the water to check for a leak. BUT he went outside to grab a smoke. My husband found the basement flooding because there was indeed a very big leak. After cleanup, the young man proceeded to the kitchen sink. The drain pipe was cocked and more putty came out on one side. Then he put a drainage pipe in so large, it is impossible to stick two fingers under it. Next, he screwed up the line to the outside sewer. Our basement ceiling tiles are now soaked from the water. I swore to my husband that Dormann Plumbing would never set foot in this house again!

 + -1 moreThey said they could not fix it but called Kohler for me and got a new one sent out. It was a unique style and normally cost $1200.00 but they got it replaced for me for free. They weren't even the original installers and only charged me 125.00 although they were here for two hours. I would highly recommend them for going above and beyond.
