I cannot say enough about the services of Josh Ayars and his team. The job was a tricky one, needed an architect, and was turned down by several other contractors who did not have the expertise to do it. Not only was it done on time and on budget, but the work is of the highest quality imaginable. All of the people I came in contact with from this family owned firm radiated such a high level of integrity that I knew I was in safe hands. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Very well. The sales rep. was informative and straight forward. There was no pressure. The price was within expectations, and neither a "low ball" nor an exorbitant estimate.The measurements were taken by the sales rep and rechecked by a technician some days later. Upon arrival from the factory, the windows were installed in an efficient manner. Upon inspection, defects in two panes were noticed by the rep who came to inspect the work. Both panes were re-ordered from the factory and replaced without fuss. Payment was not required until the work was completed satisfactorily.

Chip Ayars and his son, Josh, were thorough professionals! My husband and I can not say enough about their professionalism, courtesy, and respect of our home. The remodeling process took three weeks, and the work site was thoroughly straightened up at the end of each day. Josh Ayars was in contact either by phone or e-mail almost every day, updating us on the progress and what to expect. The cost of the remodel may seem like a lot, but ours was a total gut with our hydronic baseboard heat being moved to another wall. The craftmanship that went into tiling, woodwork, plumbing, and paint is well worth the cost. We also had new woodwork and closet doors installed in the master bedroom and another bedroom. We truly got what we paid for! We are planning to have the main bathroom remodeled in the future and will be using Ayars Complete Home Improvement for that remodel as well!

He came out to the house and talked to us then gave us pros and cons. He was very helpful in doing what we wanted to do in the most cost effective way.

While the overall job went well, the door to the enclosure has leaked since it was installed. The company owner used a threatening tone insisting that there was no way he would replace the door. It has been 7 months since I received the CO for the job and still no fix for the leaky door. I would never use them again, they were very nice up front but have provided very poor warranty service. The owner actually showed up and tried to twist the door to make it seat better against the frame.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Tom and Dave showed up every day at the time they stated, they were professional and courteous. Put up the framing, then covered it with the aluminum, installed the windows and door. Took 4 days all together.

Sadly, this contractor never returned my calls. I left 2 messages with no response. I guess my job was too small or not worth their time.

This service went very well. They were able to find the same shingles we have on the house, which was done 15 years ago. They determined that there was some water damage on a piece of plywood. They called for permission to replace that section and we said yes to that. They performed a complete clean up.

Chip, Josh, Tommy and Dave were all great and very professional. The work was done quickly and done well. I would highly recommend Ayars for any work in and around the home.

For the most part we thought the work was good. One of the guys that does not work there anymore was not very good but everyone elsed did a good job. The guy who did the floor in the attic did a great job. We were satisfied with the work.
