This was the electrician hired by my contractor for a kitchen renovation. I had no previous knowledge of their work before this. They updated 3 electrical outlets and installed 3 additional ones. They updated 1 light switch and installed 2 new ones. Current electrical needed to be updated because the house is almost 100 years old. All the electrical work they did failed inspection. Not only did it fail but it had to be redone immediately by a different electrician due to safety hazards such as not grounding the electrical work next to the kitchen sink. When informed about these issues over the phone, the woman receptionist was unsympathetic and rude. They offered no refund or guarantee of their work. They clearly have no interest in quality or safety. My contractor has since voided his associations with them due to this experience. And because they refused to offer a refund that would cover the work that had to be redone, my contractor had to do it himself out of guilt for hiring them in the first place. They also left an incredible mess when they were finished with the job. They did not clean up their debris or garbage, just left it where they had been working. I would never recommend them to anyone due to such safety concerns and antipathy toward providing quality work.

The job took less than an hour and a half. The two men were clean and neat. The problem with this company was it took far too long for them to do the actual work. After I called. Took days for them to return calls. Took days to send someone for an estimate. Took days to approve estimate. It took days to get the guys to do the work. But, they did a very nice job
Description of Work: I had 3 new outlets installed in the house.
