Berto and his team did excellent job in painting, doors and electrical work. Their work tells they have lot of experience. There is not even single paint drops , marks on carpet, furniture or clothes which is awesome. When job is done our home looked new .They were on time everyday . Even if there are few misses they came back and took care of it. They also hauled away old stuff which is fantastic.

L&B Construction was great! We were very happy with our bedroom remodel. They did excellent work and completed everything in the timeframe provided.

We are totally happy with our new bathroom. It was a total gut job due to serious mold issues. Berto and his team-Ed and Miguel were wonderful. Ed and Miguel were there by 8:30 every day, and never left to work on other projects, which is common for other contractors. They were meticulous and true craftsman-no shortcuts or sloppiness. My husband and I said they were artists, and we were serious. It's a small bathroom and the work was completed in 2 weeks. It was nice to come home from work and see real progress made every day. The quote you receive from Berto is for labor- you supply the fixtures and supplies. So the bathroom could have been as expensive or inexpensive as we wanted. We used Maxim tile and got his discount (Jerry was our helpful salesperson). In that 2 week period, they also had to do some drywall and spackling in other parts of the house. Really nice, hard-working people and true craftsmen at the same time. We can't wait to use them again for other projects. Totally recommend!

It was a pleasure having L&B Construction work on two of our bathrooms. They did a great job and finished on schedule. They also went over and beyond by helping transport large materials from the store. They also did a great job of minimizing waste by using materials efficiently.

The job went really well. The tiled shower is beautiful! We are so pleased!! They were neat and clean and took pride in their work. They did not rush the job. We decided early on that for our first bathroom remodel, we would come up with our own design and then purchase the materials ourselves. We monitored prices and waited until items came on sale before making the purchase in an effort to keep our costs down. When we finally had all of the materials, we solicited bids from four local contractors on Angie’s List all with awesome reviews to provide the “rough” materials and skilled labor to do the complete the job. This is where we met Berto from L & B Construction. He took the time to review the plan, reviewed all of the materials that we had purchased, and even provided some recommendations on how to solve a few challenges we were struggling with in our minds all before submitting a bid. L & B was certainly competitively priced coming in at second least expensive, but it was his attention to detail, flexibility, and the focused small-team approach which really sold us on using L & B Construction. Once scheduled and onsite, Berto and his team were punctual, friendly, and prioritized getting the job done right each step of the way. All of the glass tilework we had done required the patience of a saint to cut without damaging the tile. The final results were… Phenomenal! Our upstairs bathroom looks amazing and we’re happy with went with L & B. We’ve already starting to plan and purchase the materials for our next project. We’ll certainly be reaching out to them again early next year =)

I need to have a tiled back splash installed and look on here for an contractor to do the work. After reading L&B's reviews, I thought I would give them a call. I called and Berto answered the phone. He scheduled an appointment with me for the next morning for 8:30 AM at 8:15 called and said he was running about 10 mins late. He arrived at 8:35. When over the kitchen walls with him that I wanted subway tile installed on and told him what I was concerned that the wall was not straight and when my new quartz counter top was installed there was about a 3/4" gap on the one end. Berto explained to me what they will do to fix it and that when they are done no one would know it was there. We agreed on a price and I told him that I would have to let him know what date he can start it as I need to have an outlet moved first. I explained to him that as soon as the outlet was moved, I needed it done right away. He said as soon as I had a date from my electrician to give him a call and he would fit me in. A few days later I did and he was able to start the job the day after the outlet was moved. He texted me the day before to let me know what time him and his crew would be at my house. They were right on time, put down protecting and started working right away. The did a GREAT JOB (you can not tell) and cleaned up when they were done. Berto told me that he would be back the next day to grout and caulk the tile. The next day he was right on time and did not rush doing the work. He grouted the tiles, waited a while, wiped it all down and then checked it real good. Once that was done he caulked the top, bottom and sides. I just thought he was going to caulk where the countertop and backsplash met. He explained that you need to caulk all around it to make sure no water can get behind it. I wished I took photos before he did the work so you could have seen what the walls and gap looked like to see what an Excellent JOB him and his team did. That would be the only way you could have appreciate the great job they did. I also like that it was not a big job, but was treated as it was. Berto, thanks again and will be sure to call you when I am ready to do my bathrooms.

Berto and his workers were great. They did the job on time, we’re very neat and very mindful of the tenant who needed to use the stairs being replaced.

I am a new homeowner and after my purchase discovered that major interior work was needed on my home. I had to remove the drywall form my upstairs (ceiling and walls) and my dinning and living room in addition to replacing the insulation. I had called several contractors for estimates and I am very happy that i found Berto. Just from the initial phone conversation I could tell he was a straight forwarded contractor that was upfront about costs and labor. Berto gave me the what I considered to be the best offer on the work without me feeling that he was undervaluing the work. He clearly explained what he planned on doing and the costs of everything so that I knew exactly what was going to happen. In addition he worked with me to set up a payment plan as i had other projects happening at the same time. When the work began Berto provided me daily updates on the progress of the work, when and what his team was working on. During the course of the work Berto made several suggestions on how he would do certain aspects of the job in his own home. I am very happy I followed his suggestions because the quality and the price were fantastic. Berto prides himself on the quality and craftsmanship of his work and it shows. I cannot express how much you should contact L&B if you are looking for any of their services. They will not disappoint.

Berto and his team were excellent. The work was completed to perfection and flawless. His team were punctual and delivered on every aspect of the quote, and even beyond. They helped touch up things that were in the same scope but not on my list, asking first of course. They were clean, which is a big plus in a house with 3 kids. They spent time preparing for the work to be performed and then arrived on time and worked. I would certainly use them again, and we are already planning the next project and Berto and his team will be back for the next project once we are ready. The price was fair, and the work was truly amazing. We had subpar work from previous bad contractors and Berto and his team were able to undo that fiasco and finish the work to our complete satisfaction. Everything was an A+

Berto was excellent. We had been interviewing contractors for over a year before we settled on Berto. From day one he was punctual, responsive and very accommodative. He did an excellent job managing our project within budgets by providing helpful tips and recommendations. He always ensured his work had minimal disturbance to our regular routines and thoroughly cleaned up daily after his work. We were so impressed with his delivery that we retained him to remodel our 2nd bathroom and other handy work around the house.
