Description of Work: architectural drawing to increase kitchen foot print and move/ enlarge first floor bathroom to make handicap accessible. Add second story bathroom. Joe was always available to talk us through the design plan and understand what we needed and wanted.

Plan/drawings prepared were very extensive and detailed. He is very accessible and is very helpful with any queries and amendments if any. We recommend him for any architectural job.
