Erik and a helper texted me prior to arrival time. They were on time, professional, and friendly. The job looks real good and would definitely hire them again in the future.

I believe overall my Pro did a decent job. However, there were some areas I had ask him to return and take care of, which he did without question. I like his professionalism and willingness to do a good job. I felt he was definitely reasonable in price for the work I had done.

Erik Kusmick impressed me as being very professional and personable just upon speaking with him to schedule an estimate visit for our carpet cleaning. Upon meeting Erik in person we were confident in hiring him to do the job including four wall to wall carpets, several medium to large area rugs and two sets of stairs. His diligence in getting out some serious pet stains was admirable! All rugs look really clean even before they were fully dried. Even the whites in a custom abstract rug came to life again after 27 Years! Erik was also very careful as he moved the cleaning equipment hosing throughout the house where we have many fragile items. His pricing was Very reasonable. Overall we give Dirtbusters and their owner the highest rating possible. We will definitely rely on him again and unequivocally recommend his excellent service!

My husband had a machine and always did our carpets but he recently passed. I went on line and Erik was the second person who called me. He gave me an estimate on Monday and said he could do the work the next day. He was pleasant, punctual and used pet friendly products. I was very pleased with the work he did considering the carpet had several stains and the furniture is old. I would use him again.

Erik was punctual and very professional. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He uses pet friendly products which was important to me. He got out all of the stains in my carpet area. I rent and moved in three years ago so the area was overdue. It smells fresh not perfumy which I love. Definitely using Dirtbusters again in the spring for my stairs and second floor.

Pleasant and punctual. I donâ  t know anything about cleaning grout but came out much better than what I could do, and he sealed it!

I had our living room and family room carpet cleaned; and large L shaped sofa cleaned. Erik and his crew did a good job cleaning the carpets and sofa. Some spots he had to treat first before cleaning which worked.

The work that Dirtbusters did in our home exceeded our expectations. The ceramic tile kitchen floor now looks new. The grout cleaning also cleaned the tiles thoroughly for the first time ever. Dirtbusters achieved the same result in the mudroom and two bathrooms. So glad that we tried grout/tile cleaning instead of replacing the floor. Dirtbusters also cleaned a stair carpet full of coffee stains and an area rug full of dog urine stains. Both carpets now look and smell new. So glad that we did not discard the carpets.
