The move went quickly and smoothly. I needed them to move some of my items to a storage unit and some to my new home. They were very accommodating and did not charge more money for the extra stop. This is my second time using Big G Movers. Thank you for all of your help!

They guys were professional and punctual. They moved everything we need them to help us move within the time frame they said it would take. We were very happy with the level of care and efficiency shown by the team.

Service was great! Price was reasonable, communication with Gary was easy and he responded very quickly. The moving crew not only arrived as scheduled, but were even 10 minutes early. The move was completed professionally, efficiently, and with minimal participation on my part. Would absolutely recommend and would re-hire!

The movers were good - not the problem with this move. It came when I was paying for the service. I got an e-mail saying the I would receive and I quote "additional 10% off in a cash price discount". Everyone, including the workers on the job read this as they would charge for the amount of time they spent and then discount it by 10%. No - "Gary", who was the nicest guy ever until I had an issue, told me that the 10% was already built into the price. He became extremely beligerent on the phone and was screaming at the top of his lungs at me when I questioned the fact that his wording in his "contract" (which was a poorly written email) was confusing. I paid the full amount because I just never wanted to deal with him or Big G again. First move was great - this was extremely bad. DON'T USE THEM.

I was happy with Big G movers! They were prompt, efficient, and professional. The price was better than other competitors and they don't charge for traveling. Gary was very pleasant to talk to. We scheduled our move date the day before and he was able to accommodate us.

Extremely well. I thought I would have everything ready when they arrived but underestimated how much I had to pack. They jumped in and loaded what was ready and joined in to pack what was left. I did not have enough space in my storage spaces. They took what was left in their truck and Gary rented a storage space for me near them. There was not a problem that wasn't solved. Every one of the guys were awesome. They were all extremely hard workers and didn't rest for a moment. Steve was perfect at directing everyone and making things run smoothly. I would definitely hire Big G again.

Excellent communication from the minute I contacted Big G; always responsive to my questions and extremely clear with every detail of the services I was requesting. The three men crew appeared on time, in fact early, went through the details of what they were going to do, took time to cover door moldings and floors. This was such a stress free experience, I would highly recommend you use Big G movers for any of your moving or storage needs.

The move went very smoothly. Roy and his crew (Troy, Eddie and Shannon) were very professional and polite and worked really hard. The owner Gary showed up at the end to make sure everything was going as planned. I even received a return customer discount :)

When I first left a voicemail with Gary inquiring about service, it was during one of the March nor-easters in NJ. Despite that, he called me back later the same day. We went through the details of the move (what needed to be moved and from where to where) and he provided an instant quote over the phone as well as set the date and time for the move. Gary was great throughout the entire process! He clearly communicated what would happen and he always followed up and communicated when he said he would. The moving team (Eddie, Shannon, Troy) were awesome! The showed up right on time the day of the move, were efficient, kept moving and were extremely professional but yet personable and friendly. Eddie even stated how much he loves what he does and you could tell that was true by watching him work. The job they did was perfect. They were so careful with everything, shrink-wrapping, then using moving blankets to protect the furniture. They had to move the furniture up the stairs with a 90 degree turn. They were so careful not to mark up any walls or furniture. They used runners on the floors to protect them as well. My last move was over 30 years ago and based on that experience I was dreading this one. Gary and his team made this an effortless, stress-free move. I definitely recommend Gary and his team and would use them again without any reservations.

We got in touch with Big G movers 2 days prior to our move; Gary and his crew were happy to help us. They were on time, professional and helped us move to our new home without any stress. A Reservation was made for one destination and changed last minute to a different destination . Such efficient and professional response.. The move itself went very smoothly - The furniture was professionally wrapped -and the movers themselves were pleasant and accommodating. I had to write a review to let you all know that I was referred to this company by a friend and I am so happy I called. I highly recommend "Big G Movers".....from the first time I contacted Gary everything was seamless from the booking to the fantastic quote! And to put my whole experience over the top, I was contacted by Roy (Foreman), Tank and Bruno who graciously expressed that they were on their way and would arrive shortly, and that they did! We were greeted with smiles and great personalities which made the whole move relaxed and fun (even though moving can be very stressful) these three guys were the best!! The boys meticulously wrapped, moved, and treated each piece of furniture as if it were their own - just perfect! I was so happy with everything, that I had to surprise Gary (Big G) with a "thumbs up" photo on this website to visually express my happiness and thanks for everything today. Excellent moving experience. Not that moving was fun, but Gary and his team were great. The movers could not have been more hard working, agreeable or polite. Gary employs a good group of guys and can be proud of them. It was a long day and no one lost their smile throughout. We would be happy to recommend Big G to anyone.

Great experience - moving is stressful enough - the guys made it so much easier - very competent, respectful of our property and pleasant to deal with - would highly recommend them.

This was a small job but very important for us. Gary treated us promptly, understood our situation and treated us as if we have a big moving job. He Kept us aware of his timing on a previous job. After arriving at our house the 200 lbs TV was carried swiftly by Gary himself and his team member Matt out to his truck. I couldn't have asked for a better man to do the job, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely hire him back for any moving project in the future. Great job Gary Thank you

Gary's crew arrived promptly and got right down to work. I'm not sure where their energy came from but they didn't stop until the job was done. Extremely friendly and professional. They didn't let us lift a finger and understood that the final resting place for some furniture pieces would depend upon how others fit into the new space. I can't speak more glowingly about them.

Big G Movers were the best. Moving is stressful, and they made it easy. I have hired movers for 4 moves in the last 5 years, and this was by far the best experience. Gary was extremely responsive, and his crew delivered and reassembled my items in even better shape than when they were picked up. I would recommend (and already have recommended) them to anyone!

The workers were respectful and caring. They were prompt, and worked efficiently, which was much appreciated. They treated our belongings as if they were their own, taking the care to wrap things and even protecting the carpets and door frames. Their customer-service went above and beyond expectations, meticulously checking to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it before they left. We cannot recommend them more for local or long-distance moves. We'd definitely hire them again!

Big G Movers did an outstanding job with my move. They were on time, professional and very careful with my things. Not a dent or scratch, because they used blankets, cardboard and shrink wrap to make sure the furniture arrived safely. This was not an easy move because I have two sofabeds and I was leaving a shared home. They were very responsive to my instructions and worked very quickly, which saved me a bundle on the price. Gary got back to me within minutes after I left text messages, and Steve, Roy, and Tank performed what could have been a difficult move with professionalism and grace. I am recommending Big G Movers to all my friends, and I give them an A++ for the job they did for me.

Big G Movers moved us last week from a 3rd floor apartment (and a storage unit), and the team was wonderful!!! Our moving team consisted of: Roy Reid, Charlie, Tank (Rob), Eddie, and Eric. They were amazing, careful, and had a can-do attitude! Not one complaint! Our move was stressful and long (a total of 8 hours because of all the boxes, stairs, and the additional time to the storage unit) but Big G Moving team made it all seem so easy. The guys even set up furniture for us when we got to the new house. I don't know how they did it - it was A LOT of work! And, although, I hope never to move again, I would definitely call this company to help with any future moving needs.
