It went very well. The workers were really friendly, took very good care of our belongings and worked very hard! However, we recently discovered that our bed was not put back together properly, but we were able to fix it.

Gary and his crew did an excellent job prepping our furniture and items for moving. They worked both swiftly and carefully. Not only did they treat the furniture with care they also made sure to protect the floors, door, and walls as they moved items out and in the houses. Once everything was loaded they stopped at two locations to unload the furniture. Again they were very professional in unloading the furniture and setting it up. I would also like to add that Gary was easy to work with. He was very flexible with dates and times. He was more than reasonable with pricing. His crew was friendly and polite. Overall, I would hire them again for any future moving needs as well as recommend them to others.

A team of six guys and two trucks arrived in the morning and began moving our boxes into a truck. They spent several hours helping to disassemble beds and wardrobes. We loaded two trucks and then began the unloading in the late afternoon. Our new house has a lot of stairs and they did not complain carrying heavy boxes of books and mattresses up several flights of stairs. The team had a great attitude and made moving fun. It was also a frigid day but they did not complain. The crew worked very well together with each person having a defined role. At the end of a long day they also helped to reassemble furniture. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs movers.

Gary sent a crew of three and they moved us fast, with care for all of my property. They had to navigate furniture down very tight stair cases and did not hit the walls. I have used many other moving companies in the past and the workers always take their time with a lot of little rest breaks. This crew just worked worked worked nonstop to ensure they got everything done timely. We let the old place at the same time and they did not even take there time driving, to milk the time. They got to the new place 5 minutes after me and they were driving a truck. The workers were all friendly and asked where wanted out stuff I even had then move things again after I realized I had them out things in the wrong room. Not one complaint just no problem sir. Highly highly recommend them. They made a 6 hour estimated job get done in 3 hours and did not try and stick me with paying for the extra time they estimated the job at. Which trust me some moving companies do with there 5 or 6 hour limits.

This was by far the best moving experience we have ever had. Gary and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They loaded up everything in our house and then moved it to two different locations. We stored some of our furniture at a family member's house. Nothing was damaged; no nicks or marks on any of the walls. The entire crew was courteous and professional. I will be recommending Big G Movers to everyone I know! Thanks, Gary!

They were excellent! Gary and two of his men arrived at my apartment right on time and ready to work. They were all friendly and professional. All of my stuff was out and on the truck in an hour. They arrived at my new place in Mount Laurel just shortly after I did, and my stuff was in my new apartment in no time. My bookcase broke while it was being carried up the stairs (made of cheap particle board, it was to be expected), but the three of them were able to repair it good as new. I would recommend them to anyone.

What can I say, Big G Movers are the best. It's a great crew, they run like a machine. Couldn't think of a better group of movers. Gary and Co. are the best in town and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any move. Big G are the best in the biz.

This company is fantastic! They were recommended to me by a co-worker. A whole crew came promptly to my condo and scoped out the situation before starting to wrap, move, and load all our stuff into their 2 huge trucks. I cannot say enough good things about this crew! They were quick, professional, courteous, and careful. The price seemed a little high at first, but given how good they are I think it's completely worth the money.

Big G arrived ontime with three movers and worked diligently to load their truck. Large and small furniture items were carefully wrapped and covered with moving blankets. Delivered to Bridgewater - Piscataway - Metuchen homes. Entire move was excellent. Big G movers will definitely have our moving business in the future.

My experience with Big G Movers was entirely positive, right from the start. I contacted them after feeling dissatisfied with a couple of movers that Angie's List's Snapfix team had connected me with, movers whose endless rules made it seem I would be working for them. I was injured and needed help with heavy packing---books, records, etc. I spoke with Gary, the owner, and he was very flexible and accommodating, and was able to send over 2 men within just a couple of days, to do the packing. He told me that if I was happy with the job they did, they could give me an estimate and we could proceed with the move. He sent over Steve and Roy, and I feel very fortunate that he did. Both gentlemen worked very hard for me, over the course of 3 days; they packed my belongings as I wanted them to be packed, and if I seemed to be overexerting myself, would tell me, "You just sit and point, tell us what you want done and we will do it. Don't hurt yourself." They did a great job, it was heavy, often tedious work, and they were very kind while doing it. Four days before the scheduled move, I was badly injured in a car accident, and the move had to be postponed. Gary was understanding and sympathetic, for which I am very grateful. Somehow we managed to pull off the move just 8 days later, and instead of sending only Steve and Roy as expected, Gary sent an army of men to load the truck quickly. All were very nice and did a great job. Moving is a stressful experience under the best of circumstances. My move was complicated and difficult, and Gary and his team did everything possible to make it easier. They did a lot of work for me, and based on my experience I recommend them without hesitation. We have been remodeling our home this past year and had moved the refrigerator and very large and heavy dining room china cabinet into our great room. Because the great room is an addition, it is down two steps from the kitchen and dining room. When we moved those pieces to start the remodeling, my husband and several friends had moved them with great difficulty and many worries about someone or something being hurt. Now that the remodeling is mostly finished and the wood floors have been redone, we did not want to go that route again. We found out about BIg G Movers on Angie's List, and based on all the great reviews, decided to see if they could move the 2 pieces for us. Gary was prompt in responding to my call and was able to fit us in right away. He came himself with just one helper (Jason), and the two of them were able to do the job quickly and efficiently. They had all the right tools and equipment and knew the best way to get up those two steps and through a very tight space (the refrigerator) without any damage to anyone or anything. And not a single scratch on my beautiful wood floors! I am very grateful to have found them and will definitely use them again in the future as needed.

We had a great experience with them. During an initial consult there was a miscommunication which was quickly rectified and Gary did the move for the price quoted ( even though it should have cost us a little more). There were careful with all of my furniture and did not hit any wall. They had some heavy pieces to lift and they did the whole move smoothly. I would recommend using them!

Gary and his crew were fantastic - absolutely no complaints. They were punctual, courteous, and friendly. They moved everything out of our storage unit, as well as everything out of our single family home, and moved us to a new home - all for a very reasonable price. They did it quickly but carefully; they finished the job in about 6 hours. One of his movers even fixed a leg on one of my favorite chairs - I was so happy about that! Highly recommend Big G Movers. I had a great experience and really appreciate that the move went smoothly.

They did an excellent job. There was one item broken, but Gary took good care of us. Movers were professional. We have another phase of our move that will be upcoming in a few months, and I likely will be using their services again. Very happy, satisfied customer.

I found Big G on Craigslist,I know CL isnt the best place to turn too,but..thought I give it a shot..Called Gary a few weeks prior to the move ..Described to him exactly what needed to be moved,amount of rooms,furniture etc..He gave me a price and we set a date..The crew showed up on time,called me prior to arrival...He and his crew are very Professional,Courteous,took their time to wrap up the very fragile furniture that had glass / mirrors...They took their time,and carefully removed and loaded their truck..No damage whatsoever to any furniture or either house ..Luckily I was only moving to the same area I already lived in ,bought a bigger house..Took them the majority of the day to move ..But,I have alot of furniture ,some of which quite heavy..I highly recommend Gary and his company for any and all of your moving needs ! Excellent guy to deal with ! Very Personable and Professional !! Thanks Gary !

I am so glad I found Big G Movers. Gary was so great to work with - great communication throughout the whole process. I contacted him late Wednesday afternoon and he was able to actually move my furniture the next day. All of my furniture was carefully wrapped and taped up. He and his team were very quick and efficient, making the move look easy especially in the hot and humid heatwave we were in. I would highly recommend this company!!!
