They repaired the belts and it worked but it all fell apart due to it seeming like it was not put back together well. They put the bolts back in incorrectly and fell out and may have shorted us some bolts. The belts all came off and the front of the snow blower went right. It just did not seem they put it back together well.

They fixed my backpack blower an a tuned up a weed wacker motor for me that none of the other mower places would not do either one. Will use them again.

They did a great job and even picked it up and delivered it back to our house when they were finished working on it.

When dropping off my snow blower for a tune up, I specifically advised the gentleman that it appeared to have a small gas leak and asked him to try and repair the problem. The gentleman was very friendly and professional. When I picked up the snow blower, I again asked if the gas leak was repaired. He advised me yes, he found the problem and it was corrected. I did not have to put gas in the blower until just recently and the leak was still there. I was very disappointed because I went out of my way to go to this business based on the ratings they had received.

Everything was fine. They were professional and did a fine job. They kept it a little longer than I expected, but did have it back before the first hint of snow as promised.

Large snow thrower ad not been serviced for ~7 years. Cable attachment was broken. They fixed and serviced. Small snow blower had not been serviced in ~15 years. (Got from my father's home.) Also, priming bulb was broken and needed replacement. The fixed and serviced both units. Cost is only an estimate and probably high. They picked up, repaired and delivered promptly and professionally. ALMOST looking forward to snow.

The lawn mower broke around 5 weeks later. It took almost that long to get it back after they worked on it.

It went really well. Everyone i spoke to was really helpful. I will definitely be using them for some more landscaping.

Great service. They picked up the mower, did the service then brought it back within a couple of days. Excellent. Save me from having to fit the mower in the car.

Service was performed professionally and machine was ready one day before promised. All employees were professional, courteious and responsive to needs.

our snow blower was stalling so we called the shop to see if it can be fixed. they offer a pick up service which was very convenient and relatively inexpensive. they picked up in two days and had it at the shop for 3-4 days , they called back with estimate and did the work very fast. when the blower was delivered though it was not our blower , it had a different customer's tag on it , we called the shop and they picked it up in a few days , had it in the shop for a few days . they said it was to make sure that blowers were still in good working condition since they were in the hands of a different person ( which is appreciated) then they delivered it again.

They were excellent and no problems. They're very courteous and got the job done quickly.

They were able to pick up and return the snowblower. It was not running smoothly. They serviced it and it appears to be running well now. The only issue I had was that the service department did not respond to voicemails, so I had to wait until someone was able to pick up the phone.

Very honest, sharpened mower blade. He told me that this was only going to last a short time. I had a lot of rust on the blade and it was really dull. He suggested going to where I purchased my mower and having them order a new blade. They have a special type of blade for a mulching style mower.

I dropped off my Sears mower for repairs -- it needed a new gas tank. While it was there I asked them to tune the motor up and sharpen the blade. I picked it up a week later and it works as if brand new! Much quieter and runs much more smoothly. They replaced the blade per their policy -- mine was bent. On a separate occasion I took my old Sears weed whacker in for repair. They diagnosed the problem and informed me that the repair (carburetor) would be costly, and suggested that it might be smarter to purchase new. They were very patient as they discussed the pros and cons of each model. They gave me a good price on a close-out professional grade weed whacker which works great. The close-out price gave me enough flexibility to purchase a lawn edger as well. I was very pleased with the transaction. I recommend The Mower Shop without hesitation, and will go there in the future.

It was all positive. They were very helpful, efficient and gave me an accurate time line as to when it would be completed. When the repairs were done they told me when it was completed, what went wrong and how they fixed it. I think they are good.

Everything we great. Mower picked up at 9:00 AM. By 10:00 AM had a price for total repairs. I could not believe it, but mower returned by 1:00 PM the same day. Very professional, courteous, and expert service. Would not hesitate to use them again, and would definitely recommend them to others. I was in a jam, rained for two solid weeks, and grass was fairly high. When the young man picked up the mower, I told him I would really appreciate a quick turn around. I just got lucky, when the mower was delivered to the shop, the mechanic had just finished the last rider in work schedule, and he worked on mine within minutes of delivery to the shop. I can not praise this outfit enough. Just wish they had a website or E-mail address to send a copy of this review Be warned - cash or credit only.

The service was done during the busy spring season. Nevertheless the Mower Shop finished the repair in just a couple of days then called me to advise that they were finished early. Their service desk was courteous and efficient. The mower has been functioning fine since I got it back.
