Description of Work: They're my gas and electric people and I'm on a "worry-free" plan with them where they come out if anything breaks.

+ -1 moreThe cost was about $250 for freon. I have an old unit and so, that was for freon. I gave them a C for price because I have a service warranty with them and my expectation would not be to pay for the freon. I was pleased with them pretty much overall, it was just the pricing for the freon that kind of disturbed me. I have been a customer with them for a very long time and I have had their service agreement for a very long time.
Description of Work: I use Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated for heating and A/C. It is my utility company. My air conditioning unit wasn't working properly and so they came out to service that.

+ -1 moreI have a contract with the gas company, so they come and fix my appliances. I like them because it doesn't cost once I pay them the fee, no matter how many times they come out. I don't pay them anything when they come. It is like a warranty thing. They send different for every different type of appliance. The person who came for the refrigerator doesn't come for the heater, but that is fine. They come right away.
Description of Work: They turned on my heater for the winter. I used PSG&E for that.

+ 0 moreSo far, I haven't had any problems. Public Service is where we get our utilities, so we get this as an extra service that we pay extra for. I've had some technicians that went over and beyond, but some technicians haven't been as good. However, I will call the company and they will send new technicians.
Description of Work: They worked on my washer, dryer, my refrigerator, my central air, my dishwasher, and my stove.
