Sean and Mike came to my house on time. They were very friendly and personable. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Nu Air prices are reasonable and they really do a good job. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This company is the absolute worst company I have ever experienced to date. It's a father and son business and when you call the secretary that answers the phone she is extremely rude and sounds agitated at every sentence. Once she does get past herself and realize you're not really being rude you're just trying to bring resolve to an issue that you're having in your home and looking for service then maybe she'll change her demeanor and give you a nicer customer service tone. The son comes to my home he does not finish the work that he said he would do. He went back and forth with me about how it wasn't his fault that my unit was installed without the valve being opened, WHICH I NEVER SAID IT WAS. He told me his name was John which was an absolute lie at least based on the website his name is Michael Vernon. He is a young kid who is very arrogant does not like to listen and does not know as much as he may appear. He would not listen to me rather he wanted me to listen to him. There is no price list he was giving me prices off the top of his head and charging me what he chose to charge me. He freely admitted this. Next I simply wanted to know how much the Freon would weigh in and he refused to tell me. Then he worked himself up so much, in my home may I add, that he guessed and told me an amount of Freon (which are #'s by the lb) that was not accurate because he never did the weigh. He freely admitted this through his anger his agitation, his frustration and everything else that he felt for whatever reason. He left without finishing the job which is a cardinal rule. At the very least he could have accurately and honestly told me how much Freon I was in need of. He was soo very very disrespectful. I was shaking when I came back in the house because you don't expect some man to come into your home and be so disrespectful and unprofessional. I am a woman and he I think he took advantage of that sincerely. I really wish my husband was home at the time of this occurrence because I am certain he would NOT HAVE disrespected me in front of my husband in my home. There is no excuse. There is no rationale. There is no justification for his behavior or his tone. He was very rude I would never want to see this young man again nor have his company ever come to my house. I will be sending a complaint through the BBB as well as letting a whole bunch of other people know how this company is one of the worst company that you will ever experience should you decide to make the choice and have them service your home. He was paid in full for opening the valve (which did not require much labor) though he charged me 165.00 (again random pricing which he admitted to charging me a number off the top of his head). He said they had no price list. Just BEWARE of this company. Companies like really try to get over while on many people all while offering a lack of care, friendliness, or integrity and intelligence. Also, this company was sent by my warranty company.

They did a good job, but a part got stuck on the damper, and now I'm told to be carefull when opening it to far because it could fall off. Just stating this as a matter of record

Very well. Flue was cleaned, plus he pointed out that some masonry work was needed. Turns out the sweep I had over the previous week told me he had done that work - turns out he didn't even though I paid for it.

It went fine. We have two separate chimney's that they cleaned.

This was a big deal that was purchased. There were no other charges. It was good, there was no problem. I would use this provider again. I had one problem, though I never got a receipt so that created a problem for me. I am trying to sell this house and they keep asking if the chimney has been cleaned. Finally, I had but I did not know when it was done or who did it. I had to go through all of my credit cards, Finally I found out and called them and they immediately sent me a receipt, they emailed me. I wish that had been done at the time the cleaning was done. It was troubling to me because I did not know, there was some other work. Now I am stuck and have to get it done. Just because I did not have the reciept and the receipt says I need this and that but at the time, I was not told. Otherwise, the service was good. I have no complaints. I needed a receipt of the work that was done. The people buying the house needs to know what was cleaned. I contacted them and they sent me a receipt quite promptly.

Came to replace some parts and broke the supply line which cause water damage, it's been 3 weeks of me calling the company everyday to try to talk to a manager to have them come back to fix the issue and take responsibility for the water damages, but I get no answer. the receptionist is very rude every time i call and just keeps telling i have to wait for them to call me back. now i have no dishwasher because the water leak damage the motor and i have water damage. this company is the worst, i had a plumber can to fix the supply line they broke and he said that company is always like that, making more damages rather than fixing the problem.

I think it went well. The chimney sweep was polite and punctual. He said that there was something in the chimney lining that needed attention and that the company would send me an email regarding this finding, but I never received an email. So I guess it was nothing to worry about. We did have a new liner put in the chimney several years ago.

They never bothered to perform the service.

cleaned air ducts but broke something in there in meantime and heat didnt work or didnt turn something back on. the owner came back out and he was nice but the inconvenience was crazy no heat in the cold months for a few days!

Work was completed as expected.

Just needed an inspection. Chimney is clean and hardy used. These guys were simply very professional on an easy job. They showed me around my chimney and was able to see how clean it was . Even though the job was easy, they were thorough.

The price was fair. Everything was clean. They were right on-time. I would tell a friend to use them.

they have cleaned the ducts but they should have done through when the ducts starts at the ac/heater unit not middle of somewhere and when you blow the air you should send the pipe as long as you can in the duct to force all dust to the vacuum

I have no idea how it went. First of all, when I called to push back the appt due to a scheduling conflict, no one was there to answer the phone because I had called outside of their business hours... at 1:15 on a Friday! I got a call on the day of the service at 8:30 AM saying that the tech was on his way. I told them that I had called on Friday and left a message to reschedule after noon because a conflicting appt. prevented anyone from being there, and we wouldn't be back until after 12 PM. The tech arrived while I was home for lunch, and I walked him through an issue that I was having. He acknowledged it and then went to work. I left to return to work shortly after. No documentation was provided to prove that the technician had performed ANYTHING. I know he showed up because I was there, but my mother was present while he supposedly completed his inspection. She wasn't watching over him while he inspected, so something should be provided in the way of documentation (a checklist with readings or SOMETHING) to prove that the technician did what his company SAYS he did. N,ot a very thorough inspection, if you ask me. I mean if the service is for an 18 point inspection, you'd think that they'd at least check off the 18 points and leave you a report of their findings, or lack thereof. I will NOT be using this company in the future.

Terrible, They were dirty. The equipment that they brought into my house was filthy, and worn out. The brushes they used were worn out.They left a mess on my hearth. I had to tell them to put a cloth down on the carpet so as not to bring there dirty feet into the house. They did put booties on there shoes once. Inside the truck was a disaster. There were things just thrown in, and very out of order. That was when I realized that this was going to be a bad experience. One of the service men almost got electrocuted when walking around in the back of the truck. They said they would run a camera down the chimney, and the camera only had a cable four foot long. The man told me he could see the whole chimney with it which was a joke because he looked inside the chimney before he cleaned it. There was no way he could have detected a problem inside my chimney. I don't know who I am more upset with, Angies List, or Nu Air. It was the first time I used Angies List, and probably the last. I just joined and would like my money back. I was very disappointed in Angies List. I called Nu Air and requested a discount in my service, and I was told the person in charge would contact me that day. That never happened. Also, I had to pay for this service in FULL prior to the service through Angies List. I never do that. All I can say is this was one of the worst service calls I have ever encountered. I would give this whole experience an "F".

Absolutely shoddy service. The service technician was in such a big hurry to go home, a 40 point service which should take between 45 minutes to an hour was done in less than 5 minutes. Nothing was checked and the problem I had before, for which I called this company in the first place is there as it is.
