I was satisfied with their service.

Perfect! I purchased the deal and was e-mailed by Nu-Air the next day. I called them after hours, left a message and they called me back as requested the next day at the time I requested. Set up the appointment and was called the day before to confirm and then called again that day prior to the team coming to my house. The team arrived and went right to it and were done in no time at all. I have used Nu-Air before and will continue to use Nu-Air. I am thrilled that they work with Angie's list as I can get the deals that match their skills and service.

It was good. Everything was fine, nice and easy. I don’t have any complaints. They were good. It was a big deal purchase. I just think it was a little expensive.

I made the appointment online with no problem. They arrived on time, on the specified day, and they called as promised when they were coming. Our dryer vent is unique in that we are in a duplex and it discharges on my neighbor's side of the yard. We had the neighbor's permission to allow the workers access. They were very professional and made sure the neigbor's area was left as found. That means they put his patio furniture back and cleaned up all discharged lint and dust. We asked the neighbor if everything was in good order before the workers left and he was very pleased. Inside my house they were also meticulous and repostioned the washer and dryer as requested.

Provider was two hours late for appt. He proceded to remove concrete from brick steps- only those that were cracked. I had to point out a few additional- This was a $99.00 deal for three hours - he was there less than two, this work is not one year old, and is crumbling. I am not satisfied with the quality of work and would not hire them again

They cleaned out the ducts, but didn’t clean up the mess after. All the debris that came out from the ducts was on the floor.

Excellent work! Peace of mind knowing the chimney had been thoroughly cleaned. The duct cleaning was our first in 15 years in this house, cannot believe how much crud came through the hoses! We burned a wood stove all winter and will use Nu-Air every year.

The experience was great. They did as they said they would on the Big Deal. They cleaned all the ducts with unlimited vents as well as an extra charge for doing the dryer vent which was a needed item. I had no issue with them and would recommend them again,

They came out to clean the vents. It was an issue to get them out here though. We had to keep rescheduling and they were having issues following through. When you clean the dryer vents, you pull out the dyer and take off the tubing. They then smashed it against the wall; I could have had a fire.

They were great. They came as soon as I called them. It takes me a little while to get to them because of my schedule but as soon as I called them they made the appointment and they were here and they were wonderful. They made sure everything was out. They are very good and we would use them again. We'll probably have them come out and do our chimney at some point. The price was fair.

They were on time, and very friendly. I would use them again.

The cost more than doubled once the provider arrived. They told us that the service we purchased was not sufficient for our size of job.

I did not use it. I needed the work done sooner. I think they were overwhelmed with the amount of people.

I thought the 3 hours of Masonry work at $99 was going to be a real Big Deal. Turns out it is just a way for them to get in the door then charge you up. The work was satisfactory although it took much longer than I would have thought. These were the upcharges: -$65 per bag of mortar!! (needed 2 = $130, wish I knew to bring my own, these are <$10 at HomeDepot) -$8 per red brick! (needed 1= - $80, these are $0.35 at HomeDepot!!) -4 extra hours @$85/hr = $340 -$40 extra for a ladder charge (this one I read about in the Deal details.) Summary: Just be ware of the huge upcharges before purchasing a Big Deal from them.

We had some trouble with scheduling, but once that was worked out the service was great. Everyone was very professional, even over the phone. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

In the summer, the service provider visited once to look at the work to be performed. I needed several repairs of steps and stucco, and replacement of concrete slabs, which I was told would be costly. The scope of the work exceeded the 3 hours purchased for $99, and an estimate for the remaining work was promised. Over the next several weeks, I did not hear back so I called again. The receptionist said the owner wanted to look at the job himself and would stop by the next week. I never saw the owner but when I called back about the estimate, I was told he had a look and would get back to me with an estimate. Over the next several weeks, I called multiple times and spoke to the receptionist who said the owner was very busy but an estimate would be coming. That was at least two months ago, it is winter and the weather will likely preempt the work until spring. Ultimately, I never received a verbal or written estimate.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. I paid more than I should have because apparently I did not have that big of a line so it took them less than five minutes to do the whole thing. It was done, but I still paid the amount of the coupon so I felt a little ripped off by that. But, they did okay. However, they did not really clean up the outside part well after themselves, I have to say. There was not that much coming out of the vent that went outside and there was a little bit left over. It was good that they showed up when they said they would and they did do the service they were supposed to. I just think I could have gotten a bit of a price reduction.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out fine. There were no additional charges. I haven't had any issues with it since they came out.

They arrived at our home as scheduled. They walked through the house to check all the air ducts that needed to be cleaned. There was no instruction giving on how the process was going to go and with this being the first time we had ever had this done it would have been nice if someone had told us that. They were done in a timely manner, asked for a signature and were out the door. After they left I went upstairs and it was dust left on the bathroom floors from where they pulled the vent cover off. Would have been nice if they had cleaned that up but wasn't a major issue. Overall they did what they came to do and was done in less than an hour.

Excellent. The guys were very professional. Explained everything that they were doing and they were careful not to break or dirty anything. They worked quickly and everything was done in about 30 minutes. This was a really good deal!!

The service arrived. The staff was very dirty, very dirty. One climbed on the roof the other inside the house. They used a shop vac and cleaned the chimney. The "Big Deal" was to include video of the inside of the chimney. I asked for a copy of the video, and they said I only needed it if there were a problem. I also recommended them to my sister, who had the same exact problems - dirty staff and no video. The video was supposed to be included in the "Big Deal".

The workmen arrived on time, was courteous, and completed the job within an hour.

The big deal didn't work out and it was really bad. In fact, I told the guy when he came that it was ridiculous. He came with a leaf blower, I could have done that. He started to clean the vent with the dryer. He came really fast. The price was much above the bargain. I have a leaf blower in my garage, so if I knew he was going to do that then I would have used it myself. It was totally ridiculous. I asked him if that's what he was going to do then he said it was told to him to do for the special offer. It was a total rip off. The person who came was fine, but it has been just the work. He was a little embarrassed by the whole thing. He did what he was told to do, but he didn't do what the advert implied. The schedule was fine.
