It was easy to set up the appointment. The men answered all of my questions about how they work and what they were going to do, as soon as they arrived. The noise was loud (from the central vacuum they set up in the basement), but they had warned us of that. We were able to get unlimited ducts cleaned. The men showed me how they went to each duct and helped the vacuum along by cleaning from where the duct entered into each room. Professional demeanor. Felt they did a thorough job.

He arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. The air handler is in the attic, I showed him how to get there.The condenser is at the side of the house, I showed him that. He had never seen this kind of system-Unico high velocity tubes.

I was impressed by the woman in the office who responded promptly to my request and was pleasant and professional with all communications. I was called the day before to remind me of the appointment. The time slot I was given was noon-5 p.m. A little after 1 p.m. I was called and told that Todd was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter and was very professional but also pleasant with a good sense of humor. He took his time to check everything carefully and took time to explain things about the unit. I was very impressed and will definitely use Nu-Air the next time I need service.

The work was fine. My expectations were misplaced. I expected odors, like cooking smells, would have been removed, but that was not the case.

I don't think they did a very thorough job. It was okay, but I don't think I would hire them back. My electric company came out once and cleaned it for free, and they did a much better job.

Todd and son were very courteous and pleasant. The service, as far as I can tell was ok, but I think the "tune-up" wording is a little misleading... It was more of an inspection (for the potential to provide more services) and I don't believe it covered the full "18-points" ... I didn't have my description handy at the time of service, and if I did, I would have been a little more diligent making sure I was getting what was paid for. There were a few "points" where I think the HVAC professional should have been inside (or under) my house: - Calibrating and leveling thermostat - Measuring temperature difference between supply and return - Inspecting duct work for energy loss As far as I can tell, none of those things happened. His son came inside to check a few things but nothing mentioned above. There are a few other points where I'm iffy, but I'm not an HVAC professional, so of course I don't know for sure. Todd did provide a write up of suggestions for future services with prices and he didn't pressure me at all, which was nice. Yes, I would use their services again, though I'll probably go in a different direction when all is said and done. Again, I realize this "Big Deal" is a great way for a service provider to get their feet in the door for future work. My one suggestion would be that they provide a checklist with all 18 points of the tune-up, results, and comments. For $50 dollars, I'm not complaining. I'm just saying that I don't think I got everything I paid for, according to their description of what I paid for.

We weren't impressed with them at all. They came out shortly after I purchased the deal and I don't recall any additional charges. I think they went in and they tried to push more services on my husband. They need to be more accurate with their price and what they're going to do.

They did a good job cleaning my air ducts. They were also pretty good about cleaning up any mess. My only recommendation is that they might try to look a little more cleaner. They did a good job though and I was happy with the service.

I purchased the $68.00 vent cleaning special. The company responded immediately to set up an appointment. The two young men who came to my house were professional and courteous and shared useful information regarding vent cleaning. They left my washer and dryer aligned and carried away the lint from the cleaning. Very nice company - very polite and professional young men I have children in my home and felt very comfortable and safe with the crew that was sent out.

It was good. The service was provided a month after the deal was purchased. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

The service went well. I had no complaints.

First I was told that it would be $99 for the estimate. I questioned this since Angie's List said that they have free estimates. After waiting on hold, they came back and said that they won't do estimates for just a chimney cap. Theywould come out to do the work, they have two sizes on the truck and if one of those don't fit I need to give a 50% deposit and they would come back and do the work later. I was completely uncomfortable moving forward blindly without getting an estimate and paying $99 for someone to just take a look is unacceptable.

It turned out well and they did an excellent job. Scheduling was pretty good. They specialize in HVAC situations.

The ducts are 6x8 inches and 8x10 inches, and the brush used was 3 inches in diameter. The itty-bitty brush was inserted into the ducts through the vent openings, and pushed back and forth on the end of a 1/4 inch shaft. I was present for and observed the entire process. No dirt was removed from any part of the ductwork, and this was after 23 years of continuous use.

It was fine. I honestly do not remember the details of the service and I have no idea what the final cost of the service was. I may not have been here for it. My son lives in Hong Kong and I go there frequently. My husband might be the one who used the service so I am not sure what the bottom lines might be on that.
