Description of Work: I bought the special deal for dryer vent cleaning. The guys were friendly, quick and left everything clean. One disappointment...I thought they would also clean the lint out of the inside of the dryer, but was told I would have to call their dryer repair service for that.

Description of Work: The front door was not shielded causing loss of heat when hose attached to vent from the outside. The paint around vent covers torn away. NuAire not responsible because you have to sign a damage waiver before they will start working. I had to clean up small amounts of dust afterwards.

Description of Work: The service was not very thorough (based on what was explain to us). They cleaned some of the edges of the vents but really only thoroughly cleaned two of the vents (They told us that they would clean all the main vents and did not).
