Description of Work: They checked the readings on the compressor and recharged one of the ac units. One of the capacitors had a low reading and was replace for approx. $135. The charge for the compressor was approx. $95. per pound I'm not sure if there was supposed to be a cleaning of the outside coils? That service was not performed.

Description of Work: Supposed to Clean AirDuct Vents with a Free Dryer Vent Cleanout. They knew nothing about cleaning any dryer vent. However, we didn't want them to touch that since they would have to go into the attic. Still they didn't know they were to do that cleaning. | |Dirty foot prints left on living room carpet. | |Overall, not sure exactly how clean they got the vents.

Description of Work: Chimney sweep and inspection. The representatives showed up about 30 minutes late but called prior to the appointment time to let me know they were running behind. They got to work right away and were finished in approximately an hour and 30 minutes to include cleanup, explanation of inspection findings and paperwork.
