The two men called in advance of arrival on the date promised and did a through job.

There was a special advertised by Angie’s List, which is whey we went with them. Their charge was around $135. They were very nice. They covered their feet when they came in, which we did like. They did a very good job. We do see an improvement with the dust in the house. They did use the brushes down into the duct work. They didn’t just hook something up and back. They went down in to do the duct work, which was good. We do have sensitive hardwood floors, but the grouped tubes that they brought in to suck out all the dirt and everything kind of scratched the floor a little bit at a couple of places. Other than that, we think if they wrapped those things up a little better where they dragged across the floor it would have been good. It wasn’t anything to make a big deal about because our floors are sensitive anyway. It is just that we did notice several places like one of our doorways where the molding is. They must have hung up on that and kind of scratched the molding. It was just a little thing, but at the same time for some people it might be something they would have wanted to be a little more careful about. Other than that, their service was great. The job they did was great. The guys were very nice. We would recommend them to our friends. We would use them again in the future. When they bring the things in again, we would just remind them to be careful.

Overall, I had a good experience with them.

They missed some of my return vents and did not clean them. There is also a hole in one of my vents. I now have to have my vent repaired. I am not happy with their service.

Overall A+ for an excellent job. Big Deal was for vent cleaning. But I added two chimney cleanings as well as installation of a new dryer vent. Vent and chimney cleaning was performed by two people. Very careful to be clean. Great job. And seems much less dusty.For installation of new dryer vent, I was immediately informed that new code required dryer vent to be hard instead of flexible, insulated for portion in my attic and also needed to egress via roof. They quoted a price and sent a 3rd person (A/C group) to do the work that same day. Quote was reasonable. Excellent job. Very happy with results.

We purchased our house a year and a half ago. I'm not sure the air ducts were ever cleaned, my allergies and asthma came back after years of not having any problems with either. We chose this company after comparing many companies on here and reading reviews. The price was great (an angie's list special). We purchased it on Sunday evening (from angie's list) i called them Monday morning, they were here on Tuesday morning. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The guys that came here friendly and helpful as well. They took extra care to make sure my cats didn't get out of the house since the front door was open. There is a machine they bring in the house, but they were very careful not to hit the walls with the hoses or bang it into the walls. The hose that was put in the vent was carefully placed without the big hose rubbing the door or the corners. They were very respectful of the house. It was a very rainy day when they were here. They cleaned up any water/mud that they brought in the house. They came from New Jersey and we live in North Western Montgomery County, Pa. I have noticed a difference in how warm the house is now that the ducts are clean. We actually had to turn the heat down a little. If you are thinking of having this done you should definately consider this company. I will definately be using this company again.

Scheduled duct cleaning on convenient date and time. NuAir called day before to confirm, and called when on the way 15 minutes before on-time arrival. The two-man crew was courteous, clean and hard-working. They asked me to show them each vent throughout the house, and each cold-air intake and return. They asked good questions and clearly wanted to get it right, do it promptly, and leave no mess behind. They really knew their stuff and were pleasant to deal with. The best duct cleaners I've ever used.

They were very professional to work with and very polite, they did a good job. They were very clean. I would recommend them to others and i would use them again.

The job was not done properly the first time around. I had to put a stop payment on the check. They did it properly the second time. The equipment they used was very old. The machine they used to clean the ducts didn't really suck anything out at all. I looked inside the machine and there was nothing there. I physically looked at the inside of the ducts the first time they came out and everything was still there.

They were supposed to come out on Wednesday, but called and said that they were backed up and would have to come on a later date. Two gentlemen came out to correct the odor, but didn't know how to fix the problem. So the owner came out and took 3 hours to clean the exhaust fans duct and did a fabulous job. (birds nested in the duct and the owner cleaned that out)

The man arrived with equipment that wasn't useable. He came back when he had the right equipment.

Nice, professional, even came back a day later with air freshener. James Baker 3rd was tech and he was very customer service oriented.
