It was good. I had to buy another chimney sweep right after that. I purchased my home and had the inspector go through the chimney. He said I had some issues. I use Nu- Air for a second opinion. They said everything was fine. They didn't really do a through check, they were in and out. So, I then got a third opinion, it was pretty extensive it cost me a little bit of money. It included a camera test. They found a lot of issues with my chimney which I then had to get repaired. My two opinion versus their one was a kind of a little bit of risk. For the chimney sweep specifically over all was a waste. They did clean the chimney. The person could have done a better job. They tried to sell me another service when they were there. But I pushed back, obviously I could tell that they weren't going to be a reliable business partner. I expected a lot more from them.

They came on time and explained the process after looking through the house at all of the vents. But it's not worth the money. They left a mess at every vent opening which I had to clean up after. And I'm not sure the vents are actually clean.

HVAC is probably not their specialty

This was an Angies List Big Deal. I ordered on a Sunday and they completed the job by the next Saturday. They called first thing Monday to schedule the appointment and then sent an email later in the week to confirm. They called about an hour before the scheduled time to say they were on their way. They arrived a little early, two guys, and were in and out in less than an hour. They were very professional, explaining what they were doing and what we should do as follow up. They make sure the area stayed clean. Overall I was very happy with the service and will use them again in the future. I rated them a B on price because they were not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for and this was worth the price

Two Nu-Air people arrived on time, quickly cleaned and then inspected my chimney. Since I live in a Town home, the chimney is all one metal piece so it was simply to inspect. The entire process was done in 15 minutes. Nu-Air makes it easy to sign the paperwork after the job is done - they use an iPad to view the invoice. I'd definitely use them again.

It was good. I have no complaints. They were very professional. They did the cleaning and everything went well. I was happy. The job went well. They did a good job. The price was very good. It was a very cheap sell.

I had to contract another company to get the job done 1 week after. Didn't even notice they climbing the roof, and hardly any residue was collected from the job. Wanted to overcharge me 60% more to install a chimney cap.

The company let me know I was out of their service area so I did not end up using this big deal and got a refund instead. They got back with me on the same day.

They seemed professional at the time and did a decent job. They were punctual and did what they said they would. We did end up having to bring out an additional air duct cleaner later because we had mold and rodents. The second cleaning showed that they actually did not do too good of a job with the first cleaning. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Scheduling was easy, they were prompt, efficient, tidy for the most part, everything was done to our satisfaction with the exception of the dryer mess left behind.

I wasn't there - our contractor was there and though the tech came on time and was responsive, he didn't clean out the vents like I saw them cleaned out today.

I wanted to get my chimney inspected and cleaned for use this winter. Have been in the house 4 years and this will be the first year so I wanted to make sure it was clean. Saw the buy it now deal on Angies list and when I checked other prices, this seemed like a good price. Made the appt and the company called multiple times to confirm. The day of the appt, received a call that the workers would be early which was fine with me. After the visual inspection I was told that the chimney was pretty clean except for cobwebs and really didn't need much cleaning. The other worker went on the roof to do the video inspection. I couldn't tell what was involved but I assumed it was done. They did recommend that my chimney crown be replaced. Overall even though the service really wasn't needed, I felt the company represented themselves pretty well and I would recommend them and would use them again.

All went well and they were quick in getting the work done. There was no problem with the chimney.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out well. I had scheduled a date with them after I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges beside the $79. From what I saw them do, I felt fine, and thought they did quality work. I would use them again in the future. They were on time, honest and quick.

The service provider contacted us to inform that the technicians were on their way. The technicians performed the service promptly and were very professional.

They worked fast. They apparently didn't replace wall register grilles so I had to do that later. I had purchased this deal in the spring and I noticed on the receipt the charge was indicated as $179.00. I guess they reduced their deal since when I purchased it.

They showed up on time, but did not do a great job cleaning the ducts. We were told to leave due to the ozone being harmful and when we returned, we still saw cobwebs in the ductwork and we were told that there was black mold in the one vent so we needed to have that remediated. We had it inspected by another company, and we were told that it was just soot from the oil burning furnace. We called the company back and told them and we were informed that their guys didn't know and just wanted to be safe, as they usually don't work with oil burning furnaces.

Holly from the office was very communicative, replying to my emails right away, calling to confirm, and again when they were on their way. When the gentlemen arrived they got right to work, no chitchat (which I prefer) and once completed went over what was done. This was a very good experience, and I will definitely be using them again.

It went well, came back with maintenance tips and points of concern to be addressed in the future.
