They were on-time, polite, and went right to work. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the job since our ducts had never been cleaned. I was also relieved that they didn't want to cut a hole in the ductwork, which other companies proposed. They didn't leave a mess and I can already tell that there's a difference. Our heater seems to working more effciently and there's less dust! I wish I'd had this done before.

We bought an 85 year old house from a couple who lived here for almost 40 years with no children except for their numerous pets. We had allergies for months before we decided to get the air ducts cleaned and so glad we did because we stopped sneezing and sniffling in less than a week. I'm so glad that this company goes vent to vent, unlike others. My only complaint was that their technique involves both vacuuming and blowing to do a thorough leaning...but the blowing left a mess of dust in every room so I had some major cleaning to do immediately afterwards. But I think it's a small price to pay for having clean air. Another perk is that our heating bill dropped. Thank you Nu Air!

(after a little scheduling difficulty) Arrived on-time, set-up and got the job done promptly and efficiently, let nearly all areas in home clean (they left an area on the 2nd floor hallway full of 'stuff' that had apparently either blown out of a heat vent or fell out of their hose as they wrapped-up. Overall pleased that the job was done quickly and for the most part cleanly at this price!

They performed the job well for most of the house. However, I have a split level home, and they wound not clean the lower level vents and ducts. We were not informed of this prior to their service. So if you have a finished basement or split level, please understand they won't do these areas even though they say its a whole house service.

They arrived on time. They were careful about bringing in their equipment and preparing the area. I was impressed at their focus and that they even found vents i didn't know i had. They were polite and efficient and I will hire them again.

I have use duct cleaning services before. Never had someone clean ducts without removing/replacing filters. While they did remove a lot of dust and debris, I had much better service with other companies in the past.

Very happy with the service provided, would certainly recommend them to anyone and would also hire them to perform services for me again.

the service personnel were on time. i was not present but my husband said they were not the most professional crew. when i came home i discovered half the vent covers were never screwed back in. i did what i could but there are still two vent covers not connected properly. my husband has neuropathy so he can not do it. the house does seem to be less dusty so i guess they did a good job. probably would not use them again.

It was okay. They appeared to have done a good job. As an add on, I had them clean the dryer vents, which requir3ed them to be outside. In the process, they trampled all offer the bushes and plants outside my home. I paid for the Big Deal, but refused to pay for the dryer cleaning after speaking with Todd the manager.

I decided not to reschedule with them and get a refund. It's not my fault they were unprepared for my job. I would think they would have come out beforehand to determine what equipment was needed.

They only use a 12amp blower toe clean the ducks. For the 2nd floor the ducks had coil pipes so they could not use the brush to clean the ducts because they said it would break the ducts. They did not go into the basement to blow the air in the basement pipes, they said it would clean itself. There were only hear for 30mins to preform the services. The people were nice and courteous.

late, the message was not relayed. Overall it went excellent. I have come to always feel that I have to be on guard and very watchful of work being done. This time I felt very comfortable that that was not necessary-I dont know if it was because there was friend of mine there doing some other work. Anyway the workers were diligent, went about their work, were very neat and professional. I was a little late, and even though I had left instructions with the office on what to do if I was late it was apparent that the message was not relayed-the workers waited and were there when I arrived. Unbelievable. Yes, I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

This is what the daily deal said we were getting: "This deal includes UNLIMITED VENTS AND RETURNS, an upgrade from standard duct cleaning to BRUSH CLEANING, cleaning of all vents, all returns and all main trunk lines for one HVAC system." What I believe we got was their "standard" duct cleaning. There is still a lot of dust in our duct work, and I don't see how they could have used brush cleaning when none of the vent or return covers were removed. The service personnel were friendly and courteous, but I am disappointed that it appears we did not get what we paid for.

The team was very professional and informative. I was concerned about the amount dust that would be kicked up because we have never had the dust work cleaned since we owned the house. The representative give me very detailed briefing on the cleaning process and that put at ease. Great work and it made a great difference in the air flow.

The company was very professional. However, they were at my house for twenty minutes. I feel that I could have received the same service and spend 1/2 the price.

I was unimpressed with this company's work. They did not seal any of the ducts before cleaning them, therefore there could not have been a sufficient vacuumn that would have thoroughly cleaned the ducts. We still seem to have a fair amount of dust in the house. Also they did not completly replace all of the vent covers when they were finished. We did not feel confident that the ducts were sufficiently cleaned.

We were in need of home air duct cleaning. We called Nu-Air after seeing their positive feedback on Angie's List. The quote we received was very reasonable compared to other companies in our area. The phone contact to book the service was courteous and professional. Nu-Air techs arrived on time on the appointed day of service and talked us through the steps of the process they would be doing and set up their gear without much fuss. They worked cleanly and efficiently and were done in no time. They even offered a type of brush cleaning and sanitizer serviceas a comp, which we greatly appreciated. We will most certainly use their services in the future.

They certainly did not go into every room of the house, and they seemed rather selective of the rooms that they would service. Furthermore, they worked very quickly, and it seemed as though they were here for a very short amount of time considering my home is three stories. I would not use them again because of this.

Although the deal was for a "whoie house" duct cleaning, I had to spend extra because my house had 2 units. It would be more informative if they said "per unit". However I was satisfied with the work.

Easy to schedule. Purchased "Big Deal" for $250 for whole house duct and dryer vent cleaning for $250. Afterwards, saw deals for much less, so that is my only disappointment. Otherwise, they were prompt, courteous, easy to schedule etc...

Overall, service was quite good. One of our neighbors recently had a fire that started in the chimney so we decided to have ours inspected. The tech was prompt and friendly and provided a quick inspection with results. My wife stated the employee was in the house for 15 minutes or so which is a bit quick considering the price but if all is well I suppose that is all that is needed. Would use again.

This was a Angies List - Big Deal so it wasn't too expensive. Overall they performed the job quickly and didn't miss any vents. Showed up with two guys on time and were very efficient. They did leave the areas where they worked a bit messy but nothing a vaccume cleaner couldn't handle. The job took probably less than an hour to complete, they hook up a big vacuum truck to one of the air vents in the house and run the pretty loud truck while they blow out other vents with an air gun as well as brush them. The brushing technique seemed rather abrasive on the vents and the ducts themselves. We had this done because we just bought the house which is 14 years old. Not sure if the vents really even needed it, just did it for peace of mind. They told us our filter would probably be very dirty after a few days of running the air through the dirt loosened vents but I didn't see any dirt after a week so I'm guessing our vents weren't really that dirty to begin with.
