The workers showed up on time as expected. The vent cleaning went very well, and the workers made sure everything was left as clean as when they arrived. Overall a very good value for this service.

Todd provided took the time to go over his findings and discuss my options. I decided to pursue an energy audit through his partnership with the Mark Group and am awaiting installation of a full heating/cooling/insulation system.

They did not make video as advertised of inside of chimney. They did not go on roof as part of inspection. When contacted vendor about no video and no inspection of chimney and flashing from roof - no resolution. Workmen were polite and arrived on time. Management needs to have them do the work that was contracted and also needs to respond to customer questions/complaints. Know of at least one other customer who received same deal and also did not get video completed as promised. No resolution for that customer either.

Purchased Bid Deal. Work performed in a timely and professional manner. Left worksite clean. Only comment is they failed to close one of the chimney flues and as a result we heated the great outdoors sir several months until it was discovered.

This seemed to just be an inspection of my system. No parts were cleaned or changed as part of the tune up. During our conversation it appeared to be to my benefit to have the contactor changed as it was explained to me that this part was possibly soon to fail. Note that this part was making a noise when we turned on unit this season. Decided to have it changed while repairmen were here because they explained an additional service charge of 100.00 would be charged if unit failed and they came back out to replace this part. Decided not to have unit cleaned as this was 350.00 and would be put on their schedule. Overall I feel as though this part replacement was really 225.00 and took about 20 seconds. Will not use the company again, price was the same as other companies that Do not use the guise of tuneup to stir up business. But I do concede that repairs were probably necessary.

They did fine. They did the work we asked for and it was great. They were prompt and set the meeting immediately. They were professional. They did everything that they said they would do.

We just purchased the house and needed the AC units checked. After inspection they needed to be cleaned, refilled with fluid and the electronic filter replaced which added up to a much bigger bill. I am sure the work needed to be done as the previous owners had not had them serviced in some time. Next time I will make sure I am getting what I expected from the deal. Nuair does a good job and I will use them again.

They were good. They were fine. They came in, did the work, there were neat and then they left. It was fine. They did what I wanted them to do and they were courteous. They were really good in responding.

Two gentlemen arrived within a reasonable time of the expected arrival and got right to work. It's very difficult to actually know how the job went since it's inside the chimney but one went on the roof and one cleaned inside the fireplace. I like to get the chimney cleaned every couple of years, depending on how often it's used. Now I feel that I can safely have a fire when the cold weather comes around again.

They brought their large vacuum unit in and blew it out. They also picked up any residue that was left.

It took me awhile to have the time to schedule them, so we didn't do it until the Spring. The scheduling was done in my convenience because I had a tight schedule. They came at the time that they said they would and they were very quick about it. I was surprised because it was a faster job than what I had done in my house a number of years ago, but I believe that might have been because of the number of people they had. It was at least two or three on the crew. The one thing that I can't speak to is how clean they got it because ducts are hidden away. You don't look into them very often and you can't see what's going on way down in the furnace area. I'm not sure how much they actually went into the ducts that are right beside the furnace and I don't remember them going down there. The jobs that I had done previously the contractor put patches on the main intake and outtake flow ducts that could be removed because they were screwed in with sheet metal screws. They may have just worked with the supply vents and the cold air return that are accessible in the main part of the house. They did come and do what they said they were going to do, but I just have no way of evaluating how good it was because I didn't see it. They were in and out in the time they said they were going to be and they did cover all of the supply vents.

A little clumsy, but did a decent job

It went great. The were on time. It only took a couple of hours. They weren't able to do the video inspection. They told me my fireplace was fine. They gave me pricing on some improvements to the fireplace too.

They did a great job. They came in to clean the vents, and the dryer. They were VERY efficient and quick. They also found that the tube connecting the dryer vent outside was not connected and they reconnected it.

I made an appointment with the company, using the special coupon. My call was taken by a young lady who took information about what I needed and set up an appointment. On the appointed day I got a "heads-up" I'm on my way call and he arrived slightly before the appointed time. The masonry guy talked with us about our needs, made some suggestions as to how he might meet those needs and set to work on the plan. Everything was accomplished and cleaned up in the agreed upon tie limit of two hours. The wall stands straight, is grouted with added drain holes, and looks nice at the front of our house..
