I had purchased a big deal for the service, and I wasn't impressed. I thought it was going to be a lot more thorough cleaning. We had construction work done, and that is why we had them cleaned, but when our heater guy came out, he said that we needed to have our vents cleaned. I told him that we had just had them cleaned, and he said that we had to have them cleaned again. I asked them if they would do my dryer vents, and they said that it would cost 100 Dollars extra.

I didn't call them until after 4 months later but they came right away. I was not impressed, they came, they did the job and the left. They were polite, they showed up on time, they did what they were supposed to do but their advertisement made it look like they cleaned out the ducts and all they did was they hooked the vacuum up on one end and they blew a hose in it and push the dirt along. That was not my concept of what it was supposed to be so I was a little disappointed in that but apparently it works because my wife said that her allergies has been bothering her a lot less when it was done. I think I might look some place else to see if they do it in a different way. I was not impressed with the way they did it but I guess it worked.

They came in the first vent they came to took off vent cover cut middle piece of metal on frame of vent . Then they jammed their hose down the vent and went to other vents and blew air into them to clean lines. All the other times I had my ducts cleaned it was done from the basement...I'm not sure how well this other way worked.

Quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite.

They were not the friendliest. They came in and did the job, but did not seem to have their heart into their work.

The young men from Nu-Air were on time. The were very pleasant and professional. They worked quickly and effieciently and did an excellent job. I would definitely hire this company again.

He arrived on time, we had to reimburse him for one bag of mortar ($145.00). We thought that it was too much. He did not point the mortar joints on the back of the bricks, just the front.

The gentlemen that serviced us were in and out fairly quickly, within an hour to an hour and a half, without any mess and limited disturbance. If I had one nitpick, they were very nice, but almost too quiet. They did not really explain what they were doing or ask me where all of my returns were, so I made a point to show them since I was concerned they might unintentionally miss some spots. They got right to work without doing any surveying, so I felt compelled to show them where everything was. Afterwards, the one gentleman did ask me if they'd missed anything. All in all, they were efficient and did not waste any time coming in and out and were considerate of moving furniture and putting it back again and did a good job. They were very clean and considerate of my property. At this Big Deal price, I'd recommend this service for general dust removal from your vents and it has made a difference in air quality, in my opinion.

Did a good job cleaning and addressed the banging sound that was coming from it. Haven't had the issue since.

Because of the type of repair that I needed the company was not able to perform the request that I needed. They agreed to give me a gutter cleaning instead upon my request. I was pleased.

It went pretty. There were some areas that the contractor missed.

When the provider arrived, the truck was backed up and dug a hole in my recently repaved driveway. This should not have occurred since one man got out of the truck and was supposed to be guiding the driver and because I had warned the man guiding to be careful because my driveway is so steep. Both men were very apologetic and they attempted to appease me as they cleaned the vents. They had not seen one kind of vent that I had purchased a couple of years previously at Loew's. After awhile they figured out how to remove it. Their lack of knowledge about a fairly new vent made me wonder how experienced they were. I was assured that they would clean out whatever was rattling in one of the intake vents, but after they were gone, it continued to rattle. I wouldn't have minded as much if they hadn't assured me it would be gone. I should make it clear that the man who assured me and was overly solicitous was the man who was responsible for the hole in my driveway. I spoke with someone in the office, who told me to get an estimate from the company that paved my driveway. She said she would have to get the estimate approved by her supervisor. Since the estimate took several months to obtain and seemed higher than I imagined NuAir would approve, I did not follow through by faxing a copy to the office for approval because I did not feel I could afford to pay the amount NuAir would not pay. I should have done so and wonder whether it's too late. I indicated I would not use this provider again, but I might do so if the driveway issue were resolved and if different people performed the work.

After the works were done I wipe a rage against the inside of the air duct. The rag was still had a lot of dirt on it. The worker stated that it cost extra for the brush to clean that. Because the vacuum was in a truck who knows what was suck up.

They showed up on time and preformed their work. Could have been a little neater as the had dirty foot prints on our rug when done

Arrived early and sat in my driveway while the clock ticked. I told them I would not be home until 9:00AM Had no idea what I wanted done although I had emailed pictures at their request. Did not have the appropriate materials with them. Seemed unsure of how to approach the problem and had to call someone else. They gave me a VERY high estimate for the work. SO, they really did nothing and I think I should get a refund.

It worked out very well. I was happy and they did a good job.

They did a good job, but I have seen a little better price other places. The prices that I saw were afterwards. They were ontime, very responsive, professional, and I feel that they went above and beyond doing a small repair.

Service went great - technicians showed up on time, explained clearly what they were going to do and cleaned up afterwards.

Guys were very professional and were on time. They cleaned all of our air ducts. I am happy with the service annd would use them again next year.

Overall the experience went very well. While checking the chimney one of the workers informed me that the my cap was rusting out and that the mortar was badly cracked. So I also had them replace the cap and fix the mortar to prevent leaking. The only thing that I did not like about this service was that when the mortar was applied the excess mortar was simply brushed off down onto our patio and water fountain. We are only using the fountain as a decorative feature and not as a fountain so they didn't break anything by doing this but the mortar was left there for us to clean up. Most people probably wouldn't have as big an issue with this as my wife and I but we are rather particular about keeping things neat and looking nice in our yard.

Showed up on time; however they left dirt debris around many of the ducts. I didn't think that this would be such a dirty job. I thought their job was to clean the air, not make a big mess!

They arrived on time, got right to work and appeared to do a thorough, professional job.
