+ -1 moreThe project itself went very smoothly. Scheduling was quick, and the job was done in less than a day. The roof came with a 5 year warranty, and the owner was sure that he would repair the leak with this job. He was friendly on the phone and left his card when the job was finished in case we had any questions. Unfortunately, soon after the repair, the leak came back. I called and he came out several more times over the course of a year to try to fix the leak once and for all. Sadly, the leak was never fixed and they stopped responding to my calls, and I gave up trying to get it fixed! Before all that, it was a great experience and I felt a great value. It's too bad that it ended that way.
