The job was perfectly done. The guys were friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience.

I had received an estimate from Jack and given him the go ahead to do the work. About 2 weeks before Memorial Day, he said he would begin the job the following week and be done by Memorial Day. When Memorial Day was just a few days away and I had not heard anything from him, I contacted him. He said another job was taking longer than he expected, but he would have my job done by June 1st. Again, a few days before June 1st, I tried to contact him again because I had not heard anything from him. I left him a number of phone messages, but I have not heard back from him.

He was good nice man he had to run to home depot for something i needed for the dish washer that i did not have and he had to make two trip there and he was very nice about it and did not charge me for the last run he had to make and it had nothing to do with with he did not have it was something i needed for the dishwasher. He was really nice and i am planning on using him again for more work around the house.

The banister is tight for the first time in years. One of the flood light fixtures was broken. The two guys, who's names I forget, tried hard to fix it but were unsuccessful. However, they installed the other three LEDs and went out of their way to adjust them to our specs. There was a part missing from one of the curtain rods, so they were only able to make a temporary fix. On the whole, I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. Would definitely use them again.

Jack returned my call right away about fixing some concrete issues around my home. He was out within the week with his team and was able to complete the job within a few hours. I had Jack return to install new doors in my home which he picked up and delivered. The installation was tough due to my home being older, but Jack and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job. I highly recommend Jack if you need a handyman.

Went very well. Jack put together a large patio 3 seater/hammock with canopy with no trouble at all. This swing had many parts and pieces. His expertise has been confident that it will never collapse. Jack is a very pleasant and easy to work with man.

Before I purchased the two hour package, I had a lot of questions and a leaky faucet that needed to be fixed right away. I am leaving for a long-term trip to DC and was afraid that I wouldn't find anyone who could commit to do the work before I left. Jack responded to all of my questions and concerns right away and was very pleasant; and since Jack was so responsive we were able to schedule and complete everything within a short period of time. Jack and crew showed up on time and completed the work within the allotted time. Jack is a super guy and the "crew", son and nephew, were also so nice and polite. I thought the work they did was high quality and efficient and I would definitely hire Jack of All Trades again, without hesitation!

My wife and I were very pleased with job and the contractor Mr. Joyce. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Note: he also removed all trash.

Called, he responded and set up an appointment. Told me to text him the address. I did so early in the day and he was expected between 2 and 2:30 that day. I called him at 2 and 2:15 and had no response. 15 minutes after the scheduled time he called to say that I didn't text him the address (which I did, I checked my phone) I told him that I would go back to Angie's list to find another contractor and he told me that I was 'ARROGANT". Don't think I would use a contractor that called me Arrogant after he was late and blamed it on a text message that he very obviously received. I told him I would but this in my review and he said, "go ahead, I don't care what you write? I don't care about what people write on Angie's List?.. not very professional.

Everything went well. The attachment of the counter presented a problem. Since it had fallen twice when I attempted to do it I think this is a success story. The workers were very nice and personable and they even gave suggestions on how I could learn to do things since this is one of my goals. There were problems with communications setting up the visit but otherwise I was satisfied.

Jack and his family are extremely professional and great to work with. This is the second time he did work at my home and I have absolutely no complaints. They arrived on time, he introduced me to his workers, and after that, I didn't even know they were there. I work at home, and they were respectful of the noise level and my work space. When the materials I bought didn't work in my home, he exchanged them without bothering me about the problem. When the work was completed, he showed me each door and explained some of the nuances of installing new doors in a 60 year old home. I would definitely use Jack's services again.

Jack and his team- Keith & Mark absolutely transformed are cold, dark, and dirty basement into a basement that belongs in Better Homes & Garden. From a cinder block wall covered with yellow paint they created a bumped out wall with a 50" electric fireplace covered in stone tile. Jack created the top mantle from scratch and it looks antique. We had an old dilated bar that I wanted to rip down but he made it the main focal area in the basement. Seating 10, this bar was stained, the old crumbling bar top was covered in granite looking formica and a new trim piece was put on. A storage area was created, new doors put in, and crown molding and trim galore. Jack IS a Jack of All Trades. We already have him moving on to new projects through out our house!

Jack is extremely professional as are the people that work with him. They cleaned up each day after they left, they were respectful of my home, and they updated me about the progress made daily. The finished product looks great. He turned a cold, unfinished enclosed porch into a space that feels like a real room. Jack is obviously a master of his trade. I will use him again. In fact, we are already discussing the next project.

Jack is very friendly and provided us the best job. We were very pleased and look forward to hiring him to do more work inside and outside the house. He says he can put up fences, remodel kitchens and bathrooms.

He tried and worked hard he's just not a skilled professional, experienced but not skilled.

Jack would not return any of our calls in regards to setting up an appointment to review the project for which he quoted! He appears to be very un-reliable to say the least. I would steer clear of working with this contractor!

They were professional, skilled and I would use them again.

The work once completed was fine. They were a bit overzealous initially (they did not tell me when the work would begin and I came home to find the side porch gone), then we had delays due to weather and ordering a custom storm door. Overall, Glenn does very thorough work and when you do have an issue he rectifies it and is fully accountable. He does a bit of everything, including cleaning chimneys and chimney repairs so I would call him with what ever job I had.

I can not be more positive about Jack and his helper and the work they performed. They arrived on time, worked quickly, cleaned-up when the job was done (I think my room was cleaner than when they arrived), and the finished product was exactly what I wanted and expected. The door I bought was broken and they took the time to drive to Lowe's and get a replacement door. I plan to use Jack again for additional work in my home. Just one little negative. He's not as responsive as I would like. He did not contact me when he scheduled my appointment. I only found out about it because I emailed him. And he did not contact me the day before to verify when/if he was coming and what time to expect him. Between the time we first made contact and today, he lost my phone number and my email (although, fortunately, not at the same time). So, organized, he's not. But his work is so exceptional, that I can overlook these minor things. If you are looking for an experienced handy man, than I would recommend Jack!

We arranged for him to come to our house on a certain day and he never showed up.

Jack first responded to my inquiry within hours of my request. We arranged a mutually agreeable date and time, and Jack was punctual and ready to roll upon arrival. (Timeliness is an important issue for me, so he got a high score just for showing up when he said he would.) Jack presented a very neat and tidy personal appearance, also important to me because many contractors arrive looking less than presentable. After a quick look at the job and some small talk, Jack and his assistant (also very pleasant) got to the work at hand and were finished in less time than originally planned. His work is excellent and he left the area tidy. He was a pleasure to have in my home, and there is no question I will use his services again. I highly recommend him.
