Description of Work: I requested that he install a garage storage device and wine rack. I used a Big Deal for $199 for 4 hrs. I thought it was plenty of time to get both done. Once we were able to get the visit scheduled he installed the storage in the wrong place and it was done sloppily. He also had a helper who was also very inexperienced. He said he felt bad that he installed in the wrong place and would call me and come back the week after to fix and do wine rack. He never called. I didn't call because I had such a poor experience.

Description of Work: Buy and change basement locks. The frame was metal so it took time to really make sure locks fit and door shut firmly.

Description of Work: They prepped and painted laundry room walls & ceiling,removed old floor tiles and put in peel & stick tiles. Jack built a luan closet door (not a uniform size). They changed a ceiling light.They also stained a windowsill and moved a tv wall bracket. Our jobs were fitted in between other jobs so that the door had a chance to be built off site and dry.

Description of Work: Had an Angie's deal - need floorboards damaged by water repaired. They were on time, very professional and innovative with the repair solution. The floor looks like new. I will be using them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: About 3/4 of the (concrete wall, pathway and sidewalk) work was completed. Some of the work had to be demolished and redone due to low standard. What was finished turned out fine. We terminated the contract when after nearly three months (of a three week timeline) the work was not finished and we hadn't received any proactive communication or response from our inquiries for nearly a month. Jack was always personable and kind but couldn't seem to get everything organized to finish the job in a timely manner.

Description of Work: The two men caulked a tub, secured a rattling ceiling fan, assembled a glider, fixed a water-damaged shelf under a sink, cut up an old rug for disposal, repaired or helped determine the problem with several light fixtures and put a cover on an outlet. They instructed me on some repairs I can do myself and others that the landlord should provide. I would definitely hire them again .
