I am a little late in posting this review as I had to go in the hospital right after Jack performed the work. Jack came out and installed my new dishwasher. This is my third time using Jack's services. I now consider him my go to guy for household handy jobs. He and his brother are always polite, pleasant, and arrive when they say they are. They do a quality job! Jack also takes the time to explain what was done at the end of the job. I saved money having Jack to install my dishwasher as opposed to having Loews do it. I am getting my list together for a few more light jobs that I will be reaching out to Jack for soon to get a quote.

Jack and his team delivered again for my wife and I. This is the third time we've hired Jack at our home. They finished the crown molding install on our second floor and did an excellent job. Again, I highly recommend him!

Jack and his crew put up crown molding throughout our first floor of the house. Jack is a true professional, exceptional workmanship and someone you can trust which is important. We are bringing Jack back for a third time in April for more crown molding work. Highly recommend this company for your home improvement needs!

They worked quickly through my list, saving the least important ones for last (they didn't get to everything on my list), and did excellent work on everything else. They had a little trouble removing the broken pane of glass, and weren't able to install the replacement glass. It was really nice getting all of those little things fixed that had been bugging me for so long. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again.

They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

I had to pay for two hours of services, when it only took him 20 minutes to fix the closet, Then he left. 20 minutes worth of work for $184 is more than what my doctor makes an hour. He came out within a week or two. He was a very nice man, but for me to have to pay $184 for 20 minutes. He did fix the shelves and used old wood. It's not like it cost him $100 for the materials. He's not the first one or the last one to take advantage of me. I have someone else helping me. I wouldn't use them again. I had other little things for him to do when he was done with the closet, but he just left. The work he did was good.

Very professional, courteous and polite. Work was performed efficiently and was appropriately priced. I'd certainly use them again.

I would have said well but the problem with the faucet ruins it. i wish people would stay away from thing they don't know how to do. it is so frustrating for me to have fixed something, then come in and find that i just paid money to have someone undo my work, fix it incorrectly, so that i have to fix it again. he did not even use plumbers tape.

The work wasn't done because after agreeing that I wanted the work done , i couldn't get them to call me back. I called the guy who came out multiple times. In retrospect, perhaps I should've called the main number but I figured, if they have unreliable guys working for them, why bother? I cant remember the estimator's name (balding guy) but he was very excited about the project so I thought it odd that he never called me back

Everything went as well as it could have. Jack was very responsive and punctual. Scheduling was a breeze. The work performed was done professionally.

He did a great job on what was requested. The strange thing is ? we walked him through a remodel job that we want done. He promised an estimate for it. After a month, I reminded him, and he said he tried to send something and would try again. We have heard nothing. I would rather be told they're not interested than to be ignored. No estimate after over a month and a half is really inexcusable.

I bought a handyman special for 2 hrs at 162. I had them reinstall broken corner cabinet door, hang a laundry room cabinet over our washer /dryer and caulk our shower area. Jack was scheduled for 12/23 but unexpected problems on morning job caused him to cancel. However, he communicated with me several times regarding his delay. I was fine with it as I appreciated the notice rather than him calling us at the last minute. He immediately rescheduled for early the next day. Great work and good communication!

About one month ago, I purchased a big deal from Jack of All Trades to have a kitchen floor; Jack and his brother came out to assess the work that I wanted done. There were issues with my kitchen floor (which I was not surprised). These issues involved having a sub floor installed before the laminate flooring could be installed. Jack explained what needed to be done and indicated that if I decided to go with him, he could apply the big deal purchase to that work or any other work I wanted. Not only did Jack provide me with a wealth of information and understanding about my situation, he also fixed my storm door that wouldn't shut properly. He promised to provide me with a cost and time estimate for the work in a few days, and was true to his word. I found the price to be fair for what I needed done. I scheduled the work with Jack. It was a two day job beginning 1/7 and ending 1/8. Jack and his brother (please forgive me as I may have his name incorrect)--Kevin or Kendall? arrived on time and got right to work. Throughout the time that these gentlemen were in my home, they were professional, polite and courteous. Jack truly provide me with an education about the work involved and while I admit I couldn't retain everything, I definitely have a better understanding!!!! I also wanted Jack to repair my bathroom door which is totally off its hinges, however he did not have the time to complete on this job and we will work on a schedule for later (along with a few more things that I need to have done). What I appreciated today about the Jack of All Trades team, is that when we realized that they returned the dishwasher to it's place but didn't hook it up (from a misunderstanding of its original state) Jack said "no problem; my partner and I will need to go and get the part and will be back in 30 minutes!" True to his word; they came back connected my dishwasher. I went through a lot of interviewing different contractors since August of 2015 many of whom did not honor their commitment to follow up and follow through, or whose prices were crazy off the chart, or who just flat out acted like I was doing them a favor for contacting them. I am so GLAD that i found Jack of All Trades! I recommend to all you ladies---and perhaps gents---who need a reliable, professional, and fairly priced handyman service, to try Jack---I don't think you'll be sorry.

Paid for 4 hours of service but received only 3 hours' worth of work. 2 hours on the first visit, and 1 on the next. Twice scheduled remaining work but did not show up either time. New toilet that was installed is wobbling. He's a nice man, and I don't like criticizing people, so I was torn between a C and D overall rating. Disappointing experience, especially since I bought the Big Deal based on all the A ratings for this service.

Meh. After finally making contact a date was set. They came. I didn't hear them at the front door. They left. When I phoned them, a few hours after the scheduled time, they made it clear it was my error and they weren't coming back. Ever.

Jack was very professional and did an excellent job for our living room project. I would recommend him for anyone looking for handyman services, or remodeling services. He did such a great job, we are having him back in a month to do crown molding installation!

Jack returned my initial call quickly and came out the same week for an estimate. He stayed and discussed the ideas/possibilities for my kitchen for about an hour and gave me an estimate. He had ideas for a redesign beyond what I'd thought of, and made those ideas seem very do-able and within my budget. We ran into some scheduling conflicts (his and mine) and the project took longer than I anticipated, but my kitchen is more beautiful (and functional) than I could have imagined at the outset. Jack reassured me on tile and flooring choices when I had doubts about what I'd chosen. He recommended a cabinet wholesaler, but when I happened across significantly less expensive cabinets from a different dealer, Jack made a special trip to the showroom to make sure the cabinets were of good quality. Just as importantly, I felt completely comfortable giving Jack the key to my house so he could come in while I was at work. My teenage daughters were at ease being at home when Jack was there and I was at work. Jack's team was friendly, neat, and worked efficiently; each day they cleaned up the kitchen before they left, and we were never without use of the sink. Additionally, Jack replaced some drywall in the dining room ceiling for me. I am very happy with the work Jack did. We are already planning to use Jack to do some work in my mom's house.

I had excellent communication with Jack from scheduling to completion of service. I needed the bathroom areas recaulked. I have very high ceilings that I couldn't reach to dust and Jack was able to do that for me as well. I purchased the 2 hour handyman special. I would highly recommend Jack of all Trades Handyman Service. Thank you

It has not been a professional experience. The contract hasn't been followed, he has already charged my $2000 to my card, and hasn't completed any work. Update as of November 17th: Due to encroaching severe weather, I have contacted another provider to correct the issues presented above. My initial appointment is scheduled today so I hope the work can start shortly after that. I am seeking financial restitution from Jack of All Trades Handyman Services LLC. Update as of 6/3/16: I have paid a total of $6,000 between the deal that was purchased originally and the amount of money I have had to pay out of pocket to get the work repaired by a new contractor. The concrete has sunken to point that it has become a danger for people to walk.

I bought an advertised coupon for Jack's services for two hours of work for $165. Although we played phone tag a few times, Jack was able to work with my schedule and complete the job in the expected time. I needed to replace an old set of attic stairs. I bought the new stairs and had them available for Jack to install. He arrived on time with his brother. Both men were friendly and professional. They went right to work after a brief consult of what I wanted. They worked quickly and efficiently. Everything looks and works great! Grand total for the cost of the service and the stairs was $350. I'm extremely happy with everything and will call Jack for future work I may need.

I had provided information about work to be performed prior to appointment date at the company's request. Two workmen arrived, introduced themselves and set to work. They were very efficient and professional. Everything was cleared from the work areas and carpeting materials were moved to my garage for later disposal. They provided information about all the services they can perform for future needs. I would definitely hire them again.

Instead three men arrived and the bars were installed perfectly in no time. This left time to fix a storm I only asked for an estimate for and time to hang a small shelf. I would have gladly paid extra for those repairs but the team volunteered to provide the service. I recommend Jack with no reservation
