 + 0 moreBrad was hired to paint our condo to ready it for sale. I gave him the key, he came in and worked for about 5 days, making his own hours because we don't live in the house. He removed all of the registers in the walls, the light switch plates, plug plates, lights. He filled in all of the holes in the walls from pictures. We have light colored wood floors which he taped and covered. Everything was put back to order. There wasn't a drop of stray paint anywhere. He took down the blinds to paint around the windows and reinstalled. I didn't have to monitor him and he far exceeded our expectations. He is polite, neat, organized, punctual, flexible and extremely detail oriented. He came over to look at the job and provided a written estimate of what he would do, how much it would cost and at the end, provided a detailed receipt for the services performed. You couldn't ask for more in a painter. I plan to rehire him again for a deck overhaul where we now live
Description of Work: We needed our condo painted for resale. There were two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, all the trim and the utility room (a real pain in the butt to paint). Primed, painted, holes filled, trimmed, taped, and everything put back on the walls (light switches, electrical plates, cable plates, blinds) .
