Two workers started work at the appointed date and time, April 16. While discussing the discharge line with he son, he suggested that the outside storm drain be connected with the inside sanitary drain. When I pointed out that it was illegal to do that, he stated that, and ldquo; We do it all the time.and rdquo; I declined the offer. The two workers continued to excavate the basement unsupervised until the arrival of Mr. Thomas Segrest Jr. Mr. Segrest Jr. and I had words about the location of the pump. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Mr. Segrest installed the pump, back-up and discharge line, then cemented over the trench that had been excavated. After packing up their equipment, Mr. Segrest stated that it would take 24 to 48 hours for the concrete to cure before they could move and re install the washer, dryer and sink. As a sign of trust, I paid him in full. He called me after returning to his office and made an appointment for April 19th at 1030 hours. After they removed the dump truck from my driveway, I noticed some cement residue on my exposed aggregate. I went into my backyard to get the garden hose and sank down to my ankles in water. They had been using my hose without permission, which had a broken hose reel and flooded the backyard.. That's when I found out that the wood they used to form the step they had to pour was from the expansion joint for my driveway that I was going to replace. They had taken their refuse from the job and lunch and distributed it all in my yard waste containers and recycling bucket. By 1100 hours on the 19th, no one had returned to finish the job. I called the office and left a message. I called again at 1300 hours and still no answer, so I called their emergency number. Mr. Segrest Jr. answered and said that the cement needed more time to dry and he would call me when he got back to the office. He didn't call, so I called a few more time with no answer, so I had to reinstall everything myself. The job was sloppy. There is blue glue all over the project and some fixtures. The supply line for the back-up pump was not measured properly and required some carpentry to reinstall the countertop, and there are some cement globs that are rough and a tripping hazard.
Description of Work: On or about April 13, I contracted with American East Coast Plumbing Cherry Hill Technologies, LLC aka Cherry Hill Waterproofing Technologies. LLC to install a French drain and sump pump in my basement and connected to the outside drain in my basement stairway. The contract was negotiated with Mr. Thomas Segrest Sr., President.

They came over and looked at the unit and found out that it was installed incorrectly by another company. They also found out that the unit was faulty. They contacted the manufacturer and had the replacement part sent out. I have used this plumber ever since. I got the best service possibly imaginable for $80. They are punctual and professional. They are very efficient. They are clean and hardworking. They fix things quickly and I never have a problems after they are done. I will not use another plumber.
Description of Work: They came to fix a tankless water heater that I had installed by another company. I have used them for other things as well.

He was responsive. He had to come back and revise some work, and was there the next day. He was prompt and easy to deal with, and the price was good. He is straightforward, no "Flim-Flam!"
